From start to finish, my experience with The Attic Specialist and Sergey team was nothing short of exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, with Sergey clearly explaining the process of removing the old insulation and replacing it with a new one, energy efficient product.
They patiently answered all my questions and provided a competitive quote with no hidden surprises. On the day of the job, the team, the team arrived promptly and got straight to work, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
They took great care to protect my home, laying down covering and meticulously containing the debris from the attic. The removal of the old insulation was done carefully and thoroughly, and the installation of the new insulation was equally meticulous. After moving to the house we bought a few months ago had discovered a huge rodent activity above our master bedroom. Sergey came for a free inspection and noticed old damaged insulation infested by rats.

Don't go anywhere else. This company did a great professional attic cleaning & insulation job for my property, now you can have lunch in the attic. I noticed the temperature fluctuating as I go to different rooms in my house, I also was a little worried that maybe there was a hole somewhere in my roof. I checked it out but it turned out my insulation was in terrible condition moldy dusty and worn out. I was dreading another costly repair but a friend of mine recommended Sergei and his team so I gave them a call. I just got some work done by Sergei and his crew, and let me tell you i am impressed..... They cleaned out all the insulation out, put a layer of radiant layer, as an extra layer of protection, and sprayed my ducts sealed with foam and then the new insulation on top...these guys are the real deal.

After having multiple vendors come out to look at work that might be needed, I decided to work with Sergey and The Attic Specialist. I found them to be honest, quick and professional.

Sergey talked me through what work he thought was necessary (and much that wasn't)... Most vendors were pushing radiant barriers, new insulation, this solution, that solution.

The Attic Specialist cut through through all the noise and suggested some simple, cost-effective steps that I honestly could have done myself although I opted not to.

Great company, they were extremely fast, did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for your attic and insulation needs. They also get rid of all rats and nest they may find. I had to change all the old insulation in my attic before I sell my house and I didn't want to spend a lot to get it done since I won't be living here anymore. Top Home service and customer care. For a reasonable price they installed new air ducts R - 6 in the crawlspace and sealed several open gaps. They were professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

After reviewing so many companies we decided to have Attic Specialist clean our attic and replace old insulation.
Those guys went way and beyond what we have imagined, the sparkled our attic, you can literally eat from the floor. Protected our home from dust with plastic and closed all the area to the attic .
They made sure to walk us through the process in the beginning middle and end of it.
It was just overwhelming what they found there and I'm so happy we hired a company that do not cut corners.

Being in the midst of a house remodel I finally had enough of my old cellulose based attic insulation. The amount of dust it creates when messing with it is just unbearable for me. He was very friendly and professional, and said he could have job done by Friday the same week. My attic looks pristine now - no cellulose to spot anymore.
