I had Texoma Insight help with a frozen pipe insurance claim that damaged the majority of our home. At first it started great, was able to start soon and expected to last around 3-4 weeks. When the whole crew was there things progressed and we were happy. Then repairs slowed and less and less people showed up for work. I had to run around and get materials and things to keep the crew moving. I had to deal with the insurance company to request any supplement approvals.

We are now 4 months later and we are still not done. I have already paid for a door that was never ordered or installed. I have had to follow up with the owner many times and get the run around with no further progress on my repairs. The job sits about 90% done.

The end result is C+ work at best. I have overspray on my flooring and some walls. I had to complete some of the final repairs myself and have to now reach out to another source to order the door and install it that was previously paid and part of the original quote.

I have tried many times to get with the owner and just get told one thing or another on why they can't get to it or will get back with me and just haven't.

I waited many weeks to post my review in hopes he could make it right, I am at my wits end and feel bad posting this but there really isn't more I can do at this point.

Be careful hiring this company.

I am not an insurance broker. I was an adjuster, I only helped with the scope of what was related to my claim.

I paid in full on any invoice received and you know this. I paid for the door to be installed on the first invoice. You said "they" sent you the wrong door when it came time to install it. You measured the opening again when your guys had to come out and replace a damaged range hood that your guys damaged. Since then there has been no contact from you.

The door is a patio door and it is just a replacement of that same door with a slider and has no structural component issues to the home. Please don't lie to save face, I can attach your invoice with the door already noted on it.

I paid for the door and install of the door on the first invoice which you have not completed. I am happy to pay for any additional work you think I owe you for and I can send you the bill for what it actually took to buy and install the correct door I already paid you for.

Edited again due to another actual response, this is great, he lives. I did work for Farmers at the time of the loss, my carrier for my home is not Farmers Insurance sir. You would know that if you paid attention to detail and tried to look at my estimate/scope.

The scope was verified and accurate. As the homeowner I am the only one responsible for the ownership of my claim, that's how it works. I updated my carrier along the way of any discovered related damages I helped to identify any related damages.

Justin, I paid every invoice you have sent in full. You are the only one in breach for the door not being purchased/installed. You're better than that.

Justin made promises and then did not keep them. I have been trying to reach him for a very long time. My house was painted and the paint is peeling off the house and some wooden planks he replaced are coming off. The house looks like it was never painted. In response to the company response The job was only painting the house. There were no leaks in or around and if it was that was never said to me. This company has lied and never called or come to see their work and being rude. There are companies that lie ànd cheat good and honest people. This is one company has never called or come to see their horrible service/work. I have never lied or cheated anyone. I expect others not to do this either. I lost a lot of money and I'm a single woman and trying to find and trust people.

The team is polite and works hard to complete the project in a timely manner. I have used them twice and both times they have done a great job. Would recommend them to take care of a variety of projects.

Justin/Joe and their team of techs completed a full remodel while we were still living there. They worked around our schedule and were extremely professional throughout the process. Veteran owned and supported. I highly recommend and have already scheduled my next project with them.

A great company to have anything done! These guys are efficient, friendly, professional and do amazing work. 10/10 would, and have recommended. If I could give more than five stars, I would!!

Justin and Joe have been helping my wife and I out at our home and my office for several years now. The team at Texoma Insight installed our fence, painted the outside of our house and blew insulation into our attic. Now our house is well insulated and we've noticed savings on our utility bills. We've even referred them to our neighbors. The bottom line is we trust them and that's not something we give easily!

Excellent group of people. We had severe wind damage to a 10 x 20 deck on our house. Due to a close touchdown of a tornado the original porch collapsed from off the house. The demolished the old structure and rebuilt a 20x20 deck with a half roof in sheet metal. Complete with heavy duty steps and hand rails. This time our deck was built correctly. It's been over a year now and we have had heavy winds of 70 plus hit the deck. Not a single movement. Still rock solid. I look forward to hiring them for future projects. Their pricing was lower mid level of region averages. The quality rivals top dollar groups. Every piece of debris was gone when they left our place. Definitely the best group I've come across in better than a decade.

Texoma Insight did our bathroom about two years ago. We still love it! We tell friends and family about them when they are looking for a great contractor!

I recommend this company for really any type of work you can think of. They are highly skilled, professional, honest and fair. We will be lifetime customers and personally recommend them to friends and family almost weekly.

These guys are awesome to work with, I've used them on a few different projects and will continue in the future!

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, was able to get it done quickly and at a great rate!
