Jimmy arrived on time as always, and looked at the place under my roof soffit that previously had been noticed by another Terminix employee during a “walk around” inspection. Jimmy determined that the area seen was a spot he had previously sealed up with a chew-proof disc. The “spot” seen, which looked like a hole without close inspection, turned out to be fine and no further treatment had to be done there. Jimmy did another “walk around”, and found all to be ok. He also instructed me to call once a year to ask that he personally come out to do an annual inspection. He’s one of my favorite Terminix associates! Always thorough and always friendly and polite!

Ryan Stinnett and Scott were great to work with. They were very professional and completed the job quickly. They removed old insulation and installed new and applied a vapor barrier

I was given the best experience with Terminex today by Jimmy and Ryan! I have the Exclusion Warranty and they were thorough in the inspection and fixed a few problems that were found. For future references, I will be asking for these 2 gentlemen. I found Tracy, the manager, to be very considerate and listening to my concerns. He assured me that all my concerns will be addressed. Daniel is very thorough and detail oriented. When Daniel sees an issue, he corrects it, if he cannot correct, it he makes sure to get pictures and let me know, so I can have it corrected.
