BEWARE. I contacted Tim to get an estimate for a concrete patio and gave him all the specifications that I wanted. His estimate process was quite raw in that he evaluated my property using Google earth, not ever stepping foot on my property. His original proposal was quite decent in price, but I was curious to whether it would be accurate in price. I contacted him regarding this and a month later he got back to me. I wanted to add 60 Sq ft to the project and he reestimated the job at 4g more! I did not hire him.

Excellent quality and always always responsive to questions before, during, and after the construction process. Extremely professional and easy to see how much they care about their customers, unlike so many contractors I have worked with in the past.

Terbrock Remodeling did a major remodel for my husband and me a few years back. I was reluctant to start the project because of all the horror stories you hear about the process. I got lucky! I couldn't have picked a better company! Tom worked hard to accommodate my vision, was always responsive to my communications and his team was very professional. The work is exceptional!

In June of last year, we remodeled a bathroom and replaced a sink, toilet, mirror in the other. We added a washer dryer hookup (already had to have this replaced) and replaced our water heater. We spent a significant amount of money and at first the work seemed fine but then, both toilets leaked, both sinks leaked, the new tile floor shifts when you walk on it. The shower head and hand shower don't get enough pressure to even wash your hair. (Eta: finally got this fixed. The internal switch was not turned the all the way) I had to insist after several months that I would give them a bad review unless they gave us a lien waiver since I could get no response from them after the work was done and every time I told Tom, the owner that there was a problem he basically told me I was wrong without even looking. I still was not going to write a negative review because I said i wouldn't until today when I found out the washer dryer hookup has been leaking into the wall and may have damaged the subflooring to the point that we have to replace all the flooring, because according to the new plumber I hired, the connections were not done well. So now, I am complaining. Tom is not good with customer service at all and apparently his company is not good at remodeling. Edited to add: Also the toilet paper holder they installed literally fell out of the wall, that is a perfect example of the whole experience. Looks fine but under the surface almost everything poorly done.

Update: almost three years later, we have already paid other companies thousands of dollars, still not everything is fixed. Every company that comes in to work on our bathroom finds something new wrong.

Terbrock Remodeling has never disappointed us on all of our projects, roof replacement, garage doors, two beautiful kitchen remodels, magazine cover photo. Entrance doors from hell, installed perfectly!

We hired Terbrock to finish our basement. We have a small 375 square foot space we wanted drywall walls and ceilings done. We got 5 estimates and terbrock’s was by far the best value. We got electricity done as well, outlets and can lighting.

Not only are we extremely pleased with the value, the quality of work that was done was outstanding. I literally cannot believe the basement is part of our house now. The two guys who actually did the work were very nice, professional, communicative, and on time every day. While they were at our house, they worked the entire time.

We communicated with them and with the owner about various things we wanted and all were accommodating.

We will be hiring terbrock again for future projects, without hesitation.

My wife and I were more than satisfied with the process, people and especially the outcome of our bathroom remodeling. Tom (Turbrock), Brad and Steve were so good to work with and very detail and quality focused. We highly recommend them.

Addendum to above: We subsequently used Terbrock for a kitchen remodeling. We are equally satisfied with the work process and outcome. We love both our remodeled bathroom and kitchen!

We will only use Terbrock Remodeling for our home! Tom has remodeled our kitchen, updated our bathrooms, repaired a botched roofing job, and most recently, installed luxury vinyl tile, sump pit, and new base in our basement. We have been completely satisified with the quality of work, the promptness and reliability he maintains, the fair price, and the carpenters he sends out have always been friendly and considerate of our family and home. I am so happy with the recent work in our basement, it has made such a difference!!
