Customer feedback is predominantly positive regarding the services provided by Taylor Landscaping and Fencing. Clients consistently praise the company's punctuality, communication, and quality of work, often highlighting the reasonable pricing. Many reviews reflect satisfaction with the variety of services offered, as well as the professionalism displayed by the team. However, there is a notable negative review pointing out issues related to the quality of materials used, suggesting a need for better quality control. Overall, while many customers are very pleased with their experiences, the concerns raised indicate areas for potential improvement.
- Cruz is a good communicator, always on time, polite, and does great work for a competitive and reasonable price!
- They were on time, and what would’ve taken me days to do, they accomplished in less than one.
- We continue to be impressed with their quality of work, professionalism, and honest follow through on budget.
- Arturo was very communicative, on time, clear on pricing and completed all the work we asked for, and more!
- The work is always top notch and very reasonably priced.
- I strongly recommend getting a written quote because the experience I had with this company played out as: being told that I would be provided with treated wood and my fence was not treated.

I’m not the type of person that leaves bad customer or company reviews unless I come across something serious that leaves me very unsatisfied or speechless. I appreciate and support local companies and minority business, and with that said, this company offers good savings at the cost of delivering quality services.
I strongly recommend getting a written quote because the experience I had with this company played out as: being told that I would be provided with treated wood and I my fence was not treated which caused the wood to start cracking at least a week later, also a wood board wasn’t properly installed and it has been 3 months after fact and I’m still waiting to get the board fixed. According to the lead contractor “he is going to fix it when he gets a free moment to do so. This is a perfect case of bad customer service rendered after paying good money to get good service.
The lead contractor failed to deliver on what he promised to do and instead provided me with instructions on how to treat my wood after paying $4,000 to get it installed with the proper treatment, then to be told me afterwards to do the treating myself. This is completely bad business practices for not holding the service level agreement on this project. I would have noticed the discrepancies if the job wasn’t completed late in the evening during rainy weather.
If I was to get additional fencing or yard work contracted then I 100% would not use this company again nor recommend their service to anybody unless they get things in writing, double check what they are doing before finishing the job and paying the full amount because you simply can’t trust for the lead to come fix the discrepancies.

Long overdue review for Cruz and crew! We hired him off Thumbtack for fencing 2 years ago and he's been our go-to for everything outdoors ever since. Incredibly nice guy who is super punctual and communicative. The work is always top notch and very reasonably priced.

Mr. Cruz has a great crew. He’s easy to talk to probably the best experience I’ve had with a contractor/tradesman. He is Clear, Reliable, always does an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
