We utilized Sustainable Restoration for a complete roof and gutter replacement as a result of hail damage sustained from a storm in 2024. They completed the large roof in one day and then returned the next day to complete the gutters and gutter guards. About 3 weeks after the replacement, we had a strong storm come through and knock a large limb off a tree that went through the gutter guards and they went above and beyond and came out and replaced that section, free of charge! Would highly recommend Brandon and his team!

Brandon was quick to provide an estimate for gutters and soffits and scheduled our work soon after we accepted the quote for services. He offered advice on configuration and was able to secure our first choice on colors.The crew came to our home as a scheduled, worked efficiently, cleaned up very well, and was nice to our dog who was outside from time to time. We decided to go with Sustainable Restoration for remodeling work of 2 separate bathrooms alongside a little kitchen work. In using other contractors previously - I can say that Brandon definitely sets himself apart in three areas:

First - communication. Brandon is very responsive and stays on top of the job from start to finish. He is there to assist with decisions and helps manage the project from start to completion ensuring satisfaction along the way.

Secondly - quality - they are there to do the job right. We had a small delay with tile delivery, however, that did not stop the team from doing an amazing job and ensuring quality wasn't compromised in the process.

Brandon came to my house for an estimate on fixing a leak around my chimney. He let me know that it was leaking around the flashing and showed me pictures of the problem and gave me information on the repairs. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I would highly recommend him for all roofing issues.

Brandon completely renovated my 40 year old half bath. Brandon and his team transformed a closet into a shower, they relocated and replaced the toilet and vanity, moved electrical and plumbing, added wainscoting, and tiled the shower and bathroom floor. I am so impressed with Sustainable Restoration and very appreciative for their hard work. Brandon and his crew were meticulous, conscientious, trustworthy, and very hard-working.
UPDATE: Two years later, when I needed a new roof, I called Brandon again. I am so happy with my amazing new roof. Brandon's crew was hard-working and efficient. They started at 7am and were finished by 3pm!! They cleaned throughout the whole process, so my yard was perfect by the time they were done. I LOVE the shingle color and I so appreciate Brandon's timely attention to every detail.
