We've been working with Superior as a subcontractor for a number of months, and they also do some interior work for us. Its been a great experience taking care of customers and working through homeowner and investor needs here in Central Arkansas. We look forward to continuing the relationship.

I bought a 5 acre property the was very wooded and needed developed to start my new construction. I called multiple contractors and they never seemed to answer the phone twice. I found Superior Contracting and Development and they had such great communication and effort from the start up I knew they were the company I should hire to build my dream home. They not only gave me a quick and accurate quote but also helped me design my entire home and directed me in ways to make my house plans better. The entire time I sat back and watched my dream home get built. They kept the area clean constantly and always communicated with me when problems came up. The contractors they have working for them are very friendly and do fantastic work, I haven't once worried about foundation or structural issues.
After the build there was only minor problems such as a door not closing properly and one receptacle not functioning, but they came out immediately and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this company.

I had my house built in 2021, and I decided to hire a contractor. I was little hesitant on who to choose because a lot of people that were referred to were way over my budget. Thankfully I found Superior Contracting who made this a seamless process from start to finish. One of the reasons is was so seamless was because they always kept me in the loop on progress. Another reason is how they gave me cost comparisons to save me money. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with them and recommend anyone else to do the same.
