Sunflower Home Contractors

I’ve had Sunflower Home Contractors complete several projects around my home. They do a great job and are kind, courteous, professional, and timely. I will be using them again for my next project.

In June through September, 2024, I had an extensive all-house renovation done by Blake Covington; Sunflower Contractors. The result was excellent. The renovation included demolition of three bathrooms, kitchen, removing all carpet and linoleum, overseeing all new electrical and plumbing, overseeing new kitchen and kitchenette cabinetry, bathroom vanities, bookcase and countertop installs, installing ceramic floor tile throughout lower level, replacing wood staircase, installing new interior doors, installing wood floor throughout upper level, all walls, woodwork, doors and ceilings painted, accurately following my insanely complicated tile designs, adding an additional closet space, creating closet-office space, setting up for upstairs laundry, adding additional fans and light fixtures, blowing in attic insulation.  Blake handled all city permits, dumpster rentals, and worked within the confines of my townhome association rules.

Blake and his crews were hard-working, dependable, honest, professional, and performed good workmanship.
Added bonus: Blake is just a genuinely nice guy; such a pleasure to work with a contractor of so high a caliber.
