Summit Contracting - Seward

We selected Summit after looking at a number of buildings they had put up in the area and ruling out several of their competitors based on price and customer responsiveness. Selecting Summit almost became a no-brainer. They were receptive to our particular design requests and provided a much better value in terms of price and construction quality. We are quite pleased with the final product; a 60’x72’ shop (20 x 72 lean-to and 40 x 72 cold storage) with insulation, concrete, interior finish, windows, overhead door, sliding door, trench drain, and a shop room. Despite the South Dakota weather they did outstanding work, things were done when they told us they were going to be done. The foreman (Nate) was patient and courteous answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had through the construction process. We had a number of requested changes after the project began, and he made sure they were quickly incorporated into the design and plan. He was awesome. I can’t recommend Summit highly enough.
