I recently had shutters installed by Straight Cut, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Jesse Symoms, the owner, was punctual, respectful, and took great pride in his work. It was clear that he values both quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The shutters were hung perfectly, with attention to detail and precision.

It’s also worth noting that Straight Cut is licensed and insured, which gave me added peace of mind throughout the process.

I was in a pinch and needed help to finish roofing my house and garage. My wife did the research and suggested calling Straight Cut Roofing & Remodeling. I made the contact with Jesse on a Sunday and we met the next day to look at the job. I agreed on a great price and he was able to have his crew out the following day to complete all the roofing. The crew was there promptly at 8am and were done and gone by 2pm. Mind you, this was a 90 degree day. In knowing construction, I watched the crew complete the job at lighting speed, but with definite expertise. I wish I had that ability. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and it brought a big relief to me and my wife. Straight Cut is now one of my best resources to recommend. Glad I met Jesse who is someone I can trust and will respond quickly, especially when I need it now.

Had a roof leak and called Jesse. He was here the next day and got us temporarily dry. We knew we were due for a new roof and hired Straight Cut. He got us on the schedule quickly, his crew showed up promptly, and whole project was done within three weeks of our first call. Very happy with the results and all at a price that seemed very fair.

Contacted Jesse to get a quote on replacing our leaking roofing on October 15th. While on the roof to take measurements, Jesse cleaned out our clogged gutters!! We approved the quote on the 17th. Jesse and his team were onsite the morning of the 22nd. Several unknown sheets of OSB decking were badly water damaged and had to be replaced. Even with the additional work and time to replace the decking, the team still completed the job in only one day!!! Even with the additional material and labor time, the total cost was surprisingly low. The roof looks great!! Highly recommend Jesse and Straight Cut Roofing!!

We hired Straight Cut Roofing to redo an interior ceiling at our business. The quote we received was honest, fair and more than reasonable for the amount of work being done. Jesse and his crew were professional, friendly and up front with everything they were doing. Being both a radio station and a place of business, they were extremely mindful and respectful of certain unique circumstances that made their job more than just a typical ceiling replacement. For example, great care was taken to ensure no debris or drywall dust came in contact with some of our equipment in the area where the work was being done. I also can't speak highly enough about the work ethic exhibited by Jesse and his crew. From first thing in the morning to close of business, they were here getting it done, and even worked through the weekend to ensure the job would be finished in a timely fashion. Jesse is salt of the earth! He is professional, honest, knowledgeable; and he and his crew are dependable and do superior work. When Jesse came out to give us an estimate, not only did he notice where a stick had impaled itself into our roof, he promptly went to his truck for roofing caulk and patched it--and did not charge us and said we were under no obligation to hire his company! That simple gesture sold us and alleviated my worries about having a hole in the roof with the coming week of predicted heavy rainfall. Straight Cut Roofing and Remodeling was able to schedule our job the next week and delivered as promised and were super responsive. Quote for my new roof was reasonable, Job was done promptly and friendly and good quality work. Then he did my garage roof for no additional charge! I’m looking at using him again for new siding down the road.

A friend was helping me on my cottage deck, noticed the workmanship on another house, chatted up crew and asked them to quote new gutters/siding maintenance on my cottage. Came over end of their work day, walked through siding, gutters, fascia and talked through options for an hour, left me with a quote, got job done within a few weeks and it looks great! Honest and clear, communicates well, easy-peasy. I am very happy with the work and how process was handled start to finish. This is professional company, I'd recommend.

We would like to share our experience with Straight Cut roofing. We (the homeowners) had encountered a leak in
our 15yr old roof that had a 25 year life
expectancy. We had reached out to several contractors, most of which did not answer their phone. We requested
Straight Cut to evaluate the situation. Jesse responded every time we had questions whether he was in his truck or on a roof. Jesse took time to explain
the cause of our roof failure with solutions. Repair or replace with the understanding of how long it may last.
No push for a sale just conveyed outcomes in our best interest. Jesse
spent a lot of time reassuring our decision. We decided to replace for longevity. Jesse pushed the job forward
to prevent further damage after tarping the roof. Jesse's team of roofers worked well together. Communicating and caring for each other like passing water bottles on this hot summer day. When one roofer was running the low on the shingles the other recognized and compensated without being asked
making the job flow. They all new their jobs and worked well together. The 3500 sq roof was torn off and replaced
in one day preventing damage. We choose Straight Cut because of the integrity communicated by Jesse. We
bought not only a shingle on the roof but a company that would be there for us in the future. We'll done Staigjt Cut.
