Shea (SPS Contracting) did an amazing job on my roofs after hail damage! From bidding and working with the insurance company through the complete process. Shea was prompt, courteous and cleaned up during and after the project was complete. His employees were also courteous and prompt. Shea was more than a Contractor to me as he went out of his way to accommodate any issues that arose! I am able to give him a call and he either answers right away or responds within a little while. Just recently he was able to clean off my roof from all the maple windmills and once again, I’m very happy!!! Thank you Shea

We used SPS for our home and garage roofs. Shae was great to work with from initial contact, inspection, bidding, delivery and install. His initial estimate was more thorough than others. He and his crew were always on time. He is a great communicator and kept me aware through the whole roofing process. His estimate was right on except for some unforeseen problems, (which he made me aware of right away when discovered) and he immediately had a couple of solutions in mind, and willing to work with me on costs.
All in all, it was a very smooth, efficient, professional installation. Crew was very polite and hardworking, did an excellent job and cleaned up like they were never here.

I had Shae and SPS Contracting reshingle my roof, and they'll be my first contact for any roofing or siding services in the future. I initially reached out to Shae in January because of water stains on my upstairs bathroom ceiling. Shae quickly identified the problem and gave me some options. I had wanted to get a new roof anyway, since mine was almost 20 years old. I got estimates fromother roofers for a new roof and to fix the leak. Shae's price for the new roof plus the leak fix was better than everyone's estimate just for the new roof alone. The other roofers also said the leak fix should be done separately by an HVAC person. Needless to say, Shae was the obvious choice. The whole process was easy, and the crew worked quickly to install the roof in less than a work day, with Shae stopping by multiple times throughout the day. Both the crew and Shae were meticulous in cleaning and checking for loose nails around the house. I completely recommend SPS Contracting for any roof work on your house.

Shae is prompt and very responsive. His crew is great too - very polite and friendly. From start to finish the process was smooth, without stress and actually fun. Our house is gorgeous and the craftsmanship shows.

Shae did a really nice job with my roof. Before meeting with the insurance adjuster, he thoroughly walked the roof and identified areas of need. He worked with the insurance adjuster and met him at our roof, pointing out storm damage he had found. Shae was excellent at communicating with me, and his company did a fantastic job with the roof. They made sure to cover all landscaping as well as areas of the house where stray shingles might hit. His crew was polite and worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done correctly. SPS Roofing did an excellent job of replacing all the roofs in our townhouse community. The project involved 20 buildings total. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Shae was on site daily making sure everything was done to the highest standards. He took appropriate steps to make sure landscaping, and other areas were properly protected. Clean-up was meticulous. When shingles were delayed because of supply chain issues, Shae kept us in loop so we knew what was going on. Professional installation. 100% solid and honest. I lost some roof shingles and I was waiting to hear I needed a new roof cause every door knocker tells me that. I found out about SPS from the FB Community and called them due to positive comments. He came out same day I called and told me the exact opposite of what I expected to hear of needing a new roof but instead Shae told me that I just needed some repair work on the roof and the work could be completed at a much reasonable cost. Shae was very responsive and his crew did great work. We had an issue with our skylight (not installed by SPS) after our roof replacement and Shae came and installed a new one by himself to make sure we were taken care of. They helped with insurance claim and did a great job explaining everything we needed to know. Definitely recommend SPS!

We decided to reach out to Shae, the owner of SPS Contracting, to replace our roof after doing a fair amount of online search, reading reviews, and talking with multiple contractors.

Shae was honest, direct, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions in detail about every step in replacing our shingles. He also gave us a very fair price on a rather large and steep roof. Once we signed the contract, in no time Shae had our materials delivered and within a couple of days after that, the work started.

Early in the morning Shae and his crew had put up boards against my windows, wrapped the garage walls with tarp, and took every precaution to make sure our house was protected against any debris. Shae and his crew were very methodical and neat in tearing up the old shingles, removing the old underlayment, prepping the roof for the new felt, ice and water shield, shingles, etc. It was pretty apparent that the crew were quite experienced and good at what they were doing. Because of the size and steepness of our roof, the entire installation took a day and half. Shae and his crew did such an amazing job of installing the new shingles, and cleaning afterward that even one of our neighbors came over to compliment them!

In summary, I feel fortunate that I came across SPS Contracting for our roof replacement. I would highly recommend Shae and his crew to anyone else considering roof and shingles replacement.

We talked to several Roofing Contractors and chose SPS because Shea was very responsive and runs the jobsite personally, making sure things are done right. The job was completed on time and done exactly as promised. I appreciated the efforts during the proposal phase when SPS provided references showing the same material and color of previous jobs, making it much easier for us to make the selection of the material & color, and see the work quality in advance. We had high expectations and they were met. I am comfortable recommending SPS and confident others would find it a good experience as well.

SPS Contracting was given to me by a good friend who recommended them highly! I am an end unit on a tuck-under garage, 2 story townhome. I noticed the woodpeckers were starting to really do some damage on the last side that was still cedar. SPS was on time, so professional and courteous when I asked questions! Service was performed within a few weeks of quote . Shae dealt with the city for us and provided pictures for our insurance co. when needed. His crew stayed very late into the evening to finish a job that ended up needing extra work.

What immediately impressed me with Shea was how fast he responded back to my request for services directly on his website. We had gotten hail damage and this was my first insurance claim. Very impressed with Shae and SPS. Had two pieces of siding that were damaged in a recent storm. I left Shae a message on a Friday and and he was over to do the work the following Monday. During the walk around he noticed a different piece of siding that had came loose and was happy to get it tightened up. The work was done well, efficiently, and the pricing was incredibly fair. Home repairs can be a bit of a headache, but this was a super easy process.

I needed someone with experience and skill to seal and control a siding related storm damage issue that exposed my home to the rain and wind, ( siding missing). I had storm chasing contractors interested in only the roof I had Googled local siding contractors and again only interested in my roof none showed up to help me control my siding issue until SPS Contracting answered my call. SPS Contracting showed up to my house on time with ladders and immediately sealed up my exposed siding issues. Then looked at my roof and gave me and my wife a honest assessment of the roof. It was fine and in good shape. Now we can rest easy and without worry thanks to SPS Contracting our house is secured. He was the only contractor that offered to come out at the same time as the insurance adjuster and caught several items that needed to be on the estimated. He and the contractors he used were very professional, on time with the work and did a great job. We also used his services to upgrade our deck to aluminum rail and maintenance free decking. Shae and his team were awesome. The insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof. Shae was actively involved with the insurance company and was instrumental in getting the entire roof replacement covered. They did a great job!

We were referred to SPS from a friend after our house received significant hail damage from a storm. This was our first time going through this experience and from our initial contact with Shae, he was very professional and competent. When our insurance representative came to inspect the damage and assess what repairs were needed, Shae was there to assure everything was addressed, expectations were met and everyone was on the same page. We needed new shingles, gutter replacement, window screens and paint. For all of the repairs, SPS clearly communicated in advance what the plan was and what we should expect. They showed up when they said they would and the job was completed on schedule. We were warned from others to watch out for left behind nails and poor clean up, there was no trash left behind and we haven’t found a single nail. In all respects SPS exceeded our expectations and took the stress out of the situation but best of all, they were just pleasant to work with. Hopefully we never have to go through this again but if we do, we are definitely calling Shae. We highly recommend.

Their work was excellent, they arrived when they said they would, completed the job very quickly, were friendly and easy to work with. And their price was reasonable. I had multiple bids and talked to a number of contractors -- I thought they would be the best and I got lucky. Folks who want roof repairs, replacement, etc. don't have to search around the way I did. Yes, I recommend them highly!

I recently had some wind damage to my roof and hired SPS Contracting to do the replacement. Shae (the owner) was wonderful to work with. He provide me with guidance on the insurance claim and met personally with the insurance adjuster to help get a fair settlement for the damages. It was nice to have someone experienced in working with insurance to advocate for something that most of us have no experience with.

SPS Contracting also did some other miscellaneous work with some siding repair, a service door replacement, and replacement of my garage door wrapping and weather stripping (which was done by the gutter resource).

The roof was scheduled within a week of getting an insurance agreement and the roof, door, siding and most of the other repairs were finished in one day. I have had no issues with any of the repairs and the pricing for everything was more than fair.

He went above and beyond in working with my insurance company and inspector advocating for necessary repairs, etc. Shae was always available for my many questions. He is professional and efficient. He helped make suggestions on shingles, which by the way look amazing! You'd be foolish to work with anyone but SPS Contracting!!!

After first rainstorm in our new house, we found dripping from the bathroom vent fan. Called up Shae and gave what information I could about the issue. He understood the issue immediately and said it was the most common fix he performs and would be able to stop by immediately since his other job for the day was postponed due to rain. Very lucky on my part.

I learned a few things with his visit, not the least of which was how forthright and earnest he was. Based on his initial inspection he said the leak could be fixed with a patch and sealant that should last until the roof was in need of replacing, and it would be his base appearance fee only.

After having performed the work, he said the roofing board around the vent was in worse shape than he originally thought, so if it failed before the roof was replaced, he would put the payment for this patch towards the full repair. Definitely shows his character. Overall a great first impression and will be my go to when my roof needs replacing in a few years.

Work on our home was done far beyond our expectations, would highly recommend for any job. He made doing project easy and was worth more than he charged, very pleasurable to work with.
