I will never buy a product from ACE again. Whatever you do don't buy Toro product from ACE. I bought a Toro Recycler 21462. I had under 30 days. It was guaranteed to start. After 2 uses. It won't start. ACE will not give refund. You have to deal with manufacturers. If no certified dealer or repair person in your area. You're out of luck. Paid $500.00 and you can't return or refund through ACE. I knew I should of went to HomeDepot.
Great place to go if you need help. Someone is always available to answer your questions. No searching for an employee like in big box stores.
The Spring Creek Ace Hardware store is small and items are typically priced higher than competitors. The location is convenient versus driving into Elko but what really is the deal breaker is the outstanding customer service that Ray (manager) provides. Ray is amazing, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, professional and a true expert of his store! I shop the Spring Creek Ace Hardware store as I know Ray will be there to provide his great customer service. Thank you Ray!
