Miguel did a fabulous job cleaning the moss off our roof and cleaning our gutters. He was thorough and professional. He found a few minor problems with loose nails in the roof and did the repairs. Clean up was also great. Two of our neighbors used his services and recommended him to us. We highly recommend to you!

Miguel went above and beyond cleaning and repairing our concrete tile roof. Fast response, quick turn around time, listens to his customers, he's honest, his English is excellent, and he performs additional tasks as requested. Some of my concerns were unwarranted. He confirmed this and did not do extra unnecessary work. My roof did not have any very serious problems, this was more about good preventive maintenance of the roof, which I think needs to be done annually at this place. Miguel listened, then did just the things he noticed, like tile repair, flashing, painting, and cleaning, etc. I highly recommend him. He is sure footed on even the steepest tile roofs around. One of the best roof climbers I have ever seen.

Miguel did a great job cleaning our gutters and moss of our roof. He came out in the morning to do an estimate. When he showed up, and I approved the project, along with some moss removal on the pavement, he was ready to start right away. They did an excellent job on roof moss removal, roof cleaning and moss chemical treatment. They also power washed our brick pathways and walls. The clean up afterwards was excellent, and the price for everything was very good compared to others who quoted the job.

Miguel is a pro’s pro. Thoroughly removed the moss from our roof. No shortcuts . Blew out the gutters and swept up before he left. Even the white lines of zinc sulphate are straight!

His quick response time was a major factor in wanting to work with him. The bid was on par but also included our small shed which other companies never want to do. The clean up was thorough and I've even scheduled power washing our house and putting in a french drain with Miguel for next week. Miguel and his crew are helpful, polite, and go-getters. They even replaced a few missing shingles they noticed on our shed for no extra cost. We'll be using them next year for keeping our roof in shape!

This is definitely a 5 star operation! Miguel the owner of Specialzied Roof Care has done an exceptionable job for us here at our home. We had extensive moss on our roof and he got the job done for us. He also cleaned our gutters and treated the roof to prevent further moss growth. He moved our furniture and gas grill on the patio away from house to assure it didn’t come in contact with the moss as he was removing it. His work was impeccable. He also cleaned the yard and extra debris which was left cleaner than when he started. He worked fast, hard and took minimal breaks all a reasonable price. Miguel picked up immediately when I called and said he could come out the next day to give us an estimate, but then called back and said he was actually able to come later that same day! He quoted us a price lower than we were expecting and did an amazing job. He was super friendly and efficient and said he’d be able to help with a few other jobs we needed done as well, including power washing the house and professionally cleaning the windows and even helping us put in a yard. He was never difficult to get a hold of which is such a pet peeve of mine, and all in all, I was very impressed! Would recommend.

Miguel and his crew cleaned the moss off the roof of my house and two rentals I have. They also cleaned the gutters and did some minor repair work that was discovered while they were up there. They were hard workers and were thoughtful of my tenants. Miguel said the moss wouldn't come back for three years. The price was fair, but agreeing on it was a process. The price he first quoted me seemed outrageously high, but I didn't know how much moss cleaning cost, so I responded by saying I would get some other bids and if his was in the ballpark I would hire him. Well, before I could get those bids, he came back the next day and offered to do the work for HALF of what he bid the day before. That is the price I agreed to. Imagine if I had been naive enough to agree to the first price! I should also say, they could have cleaned up better after their work. There was moss that was scraped off the roof that was left on the driveway and on the floor of an open shed adjacent to our house, also on some walkways. As the days went by I kept finding wire brushes. A ladder was used without permission and not put back where it was found. When the work was finished he was quite insistent I leave a review and wanted me to write it right then and there, while he was there. I told him I would write one that evening and I did, but I am coming back now, a month later, and editing the review to include the things I felt could have been done better and that I felt uncomfortable with. Miguel and his employees do work hard, but if you hire them you may need to be able to stand firm with them about various things.
