Southland Roofing is the way to go! Saul, Alex and their team saved me more money than I thought I could’ve. Juset came out and inspected the leak that I had in my roof gave me an estimate and I was shocked compared to previous estimates I was given. I could tell they’re honest and a trusted company. They were quick to repair and left my house neat and clean. If you need anything done in your home I highly recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. While they were unable to identify or repair the issue (no harm no foul that happens), they destroyed my newly landscaped front lawn, swerving off the driveway with their truck. The “bossman” called after I left them a poor review with the home warranty company and said “I don’t care about the 1 star, I just didn’t like your comment about us not being able to fix the roof.” To which I replied “more importantly what are you going to do to address my lawn that was torn up?” To which he replied “well anyway I didn’t call about that so whatever”?!?

Seriously, I can’t recall worse service, or dealing with someone that cares less.

I’m appalled

I know it’s hard to find good contractors, I’m sure this is a sub for Southland, keep searching…these folks aren’t people you want touching your home.

Southland Roofing & Improvement came out to fix my leaking roof. They inspected the whole roof just to make sure everything was covered and fixed the problem spots after the inspection was complete. They arrived ahead of time, extremely professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this company for their services!

Called on Saturday quick response, they came out on a Sunday fix the issue with no problems. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

I recently had some roof repairs done by this company and the process was perfect. The guys came out to inspect the roof, immediately located the leak and repaired/replaced the shingles on the spot. They were professional, polite, and efficient! They cleaned up after themselves and made this experience one of the best I have ever had with any contractor. 10 out of 10!

Multiple times they scheduled appointment but then ran late and could not make it. Instead of calling me prior to the appointment time and letting me know they are running late so that I would not waste time taking off of work they waited until 2 hours after the appointment time had already passed to call to say that they could not come that day. Was rescheduled several times and every time they ran late and could not come that day after all, every time calling me after the appointment time had already passed instead of before. After the third no-show I just had to cancel the job with them and look for another roofer. I understand people get busy but three times it's kind of ridiculous, and even then you should at least call people earlier in the day if you know you're running behind so they don't sit around all day for nothing waiting for you.

Southland replaced my 20 year old roof with Owens-Corning products. The installation took longer than planned, but it was hampered by the rain. Saul was always available and he did his best to see that it was completed as soon as possible.

If you’re looking for an honest and dependable business to perform work for you, then Southland Roofing and Improvement is that business. Replaced our 22 year old roof and everything Saul said that would be done was done. Saul’s team took care of our property during the tear off and installation and cleaned everything up afterwards. Saul is a man you can trust to do what he says he will do. Highly recommend!
