Being a Retired builder myself, I was looking For a construction company with Job supervisors and people working under them that demanded the same professionalism and detail workmanship than I was looking for. I found that in Southern Oak, Construction , and Seth Schneider . They did a complete remodel on three of my bathrooms, staircase, and flooring throughout my Home. I could not be happier with the end result And workmanship performed. I highly recommend Seth for any of your future. Construction related needs. Rick Barnes.

I cannot say enough good things. Seriously had the best experience with Seth & the entire team. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond throughout the entire remodel of our downstairs. They did all new flooring & bathrooms for us and we will definitely be having them help us with all our future projects. Can't thank them enough!
