SCC has worked on 2 of my balconies. This time I got to see the different stages of the balcony repair.(layers) Great job guys!! The final product is amazing and slip proof too. Loving the texture. I hope our HOA continues to use them. A big thank you to Natalie for keeping me updated on when the work would be done. I have included before and after pictures.

My HOA recently hired SoCal Coatings to do some extensive work on my patio, as well as waterproofing some leaky windows, and repairing stucco on my atrium. It was ALOT of work! They were hard working and efficient, and very upbeat in the midst of the delays due to supplies not being available on time, employee shortages due to covid, etc. The work crew did excellent work, and put in change orders when necessary if they found underlying issues needing repaired as they began work on their original work order. Also, Angie in the office was great about contacting me with time frames, always trying to accommodate my own schedule, as my daughter just had a baby, so I needed to be gone occasionally.
I would highly recommend SoCal Coatings & Construction for any general contracting work you may need done at your home. They are friendly, efficient, hard working, and the quality of their work is excellent! I will be using them again in the future, as well as recommending them to my family and friends! Thx to all! SoCal Coatings has been an invaluable resource for my community association. I have served on the HOA for over 15 years and I have seen many contractors come and go. SoCal Coatings not only has satisfied numerous residents with good quality work and professionalism, they have also prevented unnecessary work by doing regular maintenance, and alerting the BOD for potential items that could worsen if not repaired/maintained properly. Our budget has reduced dramatically by doing quality repairs and not doing band-aid repairs that other contractors have done, only to come back later and charge us more. The "useful life" of the work they have done has increased tremendously and has enabled us to have a better reserve allocation for our community assets.
SoCal is fair priced, experienced, and the value of having happy residents is hands down the best we could ask for. SoCal Coatings continues to be a good resource for other projects that need a watchful eye. We have had SoCal oversee larger projects that require more expertise and the BOD is very pleased knowing that someone is looking out for our community. Our BOD members are regular homeowners that don't necessarily understand construction bids, scope of work, and reading proposals are very confusing and time consuming. Knowing we have SoCal Coatings to help when we need it is a valuable resource.
