Jon was very informative about the entire process. He calmed my worries and dealt with my many questions this being my first home. He walked me through the entire process with my adjuster and even was able to get upgraded material paid for by my insurance (with me paying the deductible). He also put a ridge vent on for me to keep my house cooler in the summer. When address with any concerns or work that needed to be fixed messed up by a few workers he got on top of things and personally saw it through to the end. It is very hard to find someone that is not taking advantage of you now a days. So very thankful to have found Storm Team and hope to use them in any other home remodeling needs.

No need to call anyone else! Jon Tyler was very quick to respond, always available to answer any questions or concerns. The job was completed quickly and all team members were very respectful and professional. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We asked Jon of Storm Team to inspect our roof (13 years old, with original 30 year Architectural Shingles) for possible need of repairs or replacement. He arrived promptly at appointed time, completed inspection with photographs, and provided a report promptly. In our case, the roof did NOT need replacing. This is a rare level of integrity. We highly recommend the professionalism and depth of roofing knowledge displayed by Jon. he charged us NOTHING for the inspection.

My first home was put on the market in less than 2 weeks time. I needed new interior and exterior paint, new border, and repairs. I didn't give this team much notice but they made it happen. From day 1 they came in ready to get the job done right. In 4 days they made a complete turnaround and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this team for any type of repairs or restoration. They professional, timely, always eager to do the very best, and their work shows for itself. I uploaded a photo of my house now that it is done. I appreciate John and his team. For everything!!!
