Jon was very informative about the entire process. He calmed my worries and dealt with my many questions this being my first home. He walked me through the entire process with my adjuster and even was able to get upgraded material paid for by my insurance (with me paying the deductible). He also put a ridge vent on for me to keep my house cooler in the summer. When address with any concerns or work that needed to be fixed messed up by a few workers he got on top of things and personally saw it through to the end. It is very hard to find someone that is not taking advantage of you now a days. So very thankful to have found Storm Team and hope to use them in any other home remodeling needs.
Jon is a great person to work with when it comes to making repairs and getting restoration done. He works with you and does his best to always give you what you want. His team is great and he works hard to make things happen.
