I had an emergency repair at my home in Manhattan Beach. I called Juan, the owner at South bay Maintenance and he very promptly replied and set an appointment. His estimate was accurate and very fair. The service itself was excellent. Juan seems to be a person you can trust to take care of just about anything that can come up. Big projects to small fixes. I plan to make them my first call whenever necessary in the future.
