One of the few roofing companies left that still have integrity. As a plumber, I have been referring customers to them for over 10 years and also using them for my home. Always exceeding expectations.

Patrick was great to work with and his team did a great job. The yard was kept clean after work each day. The new roof installation only took 3 days on a 2-story 3,400 sq ft house. This was a quality installation and my neighbors were impressed as well and had Sound Roof Care do a roof replacement on their house. I would recommend them over other contractors.

We purchased a home with a roof that needed some work. Scheduled a time for Saturday afternoon for Sound Roof Care to come give us an estimate but they never showed up. The lady in the office called the following Tuesday asking if we’d like to schedule them to come out. After expressing my frustration at their no-show she said I was wrong, because they don’t do estimates on weekends. They came out three days later to check things out and said I’d get a report of their findings and an estimate. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

They wasted our time and with such poor communication and customer service I’d never recommend them.

Very professional salesperson but their prices for even a simple roof cleaning were about twice what we are accustomed to paying.

Thanks to owner Patrick Ash and especially to job foreman Jonathan and his crew for solving our roofing emergency in the midst of December rainstorms... We are grateful for our job well done.

We purchased a home with a roof that was "certified" by Sound Care Roofing. They repaired, inspected and certified the roof for at least 3 years in February of 2015. The roof leaked in November of 2017, through an obvious crack that was present when the house was purchased. We left a voicemail and an online appointment request, but they will not call us back. Patrick Ash worked with Murnen Realty Advisors (the seller's realtor) on this deal. It is evident that they do not stand by their certification and their inspection was poorly done. I would not recommend them for a roofing inspection or certification, and I would surely look elsewhere before hiring them to install a roof.

Patrick took care of my issue promptly. He's very professional and easy to work with too. I could go on for hours but I'll end on this: You have a roof, call Sound Roof Care, LLC.

I used Sound Roof Care for my parents and my home to clean our roofs. Sound Roof Care did an amazing job with cleaning the roofs and cleanup of the yard afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I had Sound Roof Care clean my composition roof. The crew was very professional about protecting the lawn and shrubs. After the cleaning the roof looked like new again and the surrounding area was cleaner than when they started.
I highly recommend Sound Roof Care for your roofing needs.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
