Pat was an absolute Godsend for us! We bought our first house last year. It was built in the 1960's--and not much had changed since then. (Think nightmare "haunted asylum" looking asbestos tile floor in every room of the house among many other things). He remodeled basically the ENTIRE house for us for an extremely reasonable price! (Even though he had to drive about an hour to our place and back each time). When the deadline for us to be out of our apartment came up he focused on what was necessary to complete before the move and installed the flooring in almost the entire house in a day and a half by himself. He is an extremely hard worker who has honed his craft over the years. He is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us in so many ways to turn our house into a home.

We recently had vinyl flooring installed. Pat arrived when he said he would. He explained what he would be doing. He completed the job in 1 day. His attention to detail is amazing.
