Sole Source built our home for us and we couldn’t be happier! Our home was built in just over 90 days, but the speed with which it was built did not adversely affect the quality at all. In fact, we think the quality of our home is far superior to homes taking a year or more for other contractors in our area.

Thoughts on this:

We’ve worked with Joe since 2016 on several projects. He helped renovate my mom’s house in Charlotte for us when we were looking to sell it, and he did worked with our budget to make the renovation as valuable as possible for our needs. The next project was a huge renovation to our primary home and lasted close to a year (accounting for several phases). His team worked diligently, fielding several requests and revisions to the original scope of work. We were extremely pleased with the result and are already planning to work with him again. Joe has always been easy to reach and talk with. Highly recommend!

I've hired Sole Source Solution for many home remodeling projects over the years at Topsail Beach and in North Hills. I've also used them to rebuild a dock and reroof several houses. I often refer them to friends and family because they do high quality work and the team is courteous when working at the house.

This review is long overdue. Hurricane Florence of 2018 just about wiped out the interior of our duplex in coastal NC. Like everyone else on the island we were desperate to find a contractor to at least rebuild our roof. Somehow we got the name of Sole Source Solutions and they came to our rescue. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that showed up. What they could not do themselves they subcontracted out. They did everything: new fortified roof, structural repair, window replacement, slider replacement, new plumbing fixtures, insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, cabinet hanging, countertop installation, and on and on. The end result was beautiful, and every day my wife and I looked at it we felt the same way -- well done. We will never be besties but I do not hesitate to recommend Sole Source Solutions for any building project, exterior and interior.

I’ve been beyond impressed with sole source solutions twice now. They re-did our home and deck at the beach in 2019 post hurricane and knocked it out of the park. Additionally they have done a beyond impressive job on our home in Raleigh. They matched, hard to match wood floors impeccably, installed a 900 pound beam when we tore down a load baring wall for an open concept. Their custom carpentry rivals that of the more costly local options (which we’ve used previously) but most of all they found some errors from previous projects while doing their work, brought them to our attention and corrected them! Another huge bonus is that while most projects give you a time frame and then are never done in that time, Joe and his team do everything to hit their time promised. You’ll be thrilled with Sole Source Solutions- I’m certain of it!
