We’ve worked with Joe since 2016 on several projects. He helped renovate my mom’s house in Charlotte for us when we were looking to sell it, and he did worked with our budget to make the renovation as valuable as possible for our needs. The next project was a huge renovation to our primary home and lasted close to a year (accounting for several phases). His team worked diligently, fielding several requests and revisions to the original scope of work. We were extremely pleased with the result and are already planning to work with him again. Joe has always been easy to reach and talk with. Highly recommend!
