Customer feedback is predominantly positive, highlighting the company's effective communication, professionalism, and quality of work. Many reviewers praised the responsiveness of the staff, particularly Mary Fairchild, who was noted for her thoroughness and dedication throughout the roofing process. Customers reported a smooth experience from initial inspection to final installation, with the company handling insurance matters efficiently. However, there is a significant negative review regarding a lack of follow-up and communication after a failed repair attempt, which raises concerns about service consistency. Overall, while many customers are satisfied, the issues raised suggest areas for improvement in customer service follow-up.
- Mary Fairchild was amazing to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
- Skyfall devoted a lot of time and effort in coordinating with the insurance company to obtain maximum benefit for a complete roof replacement.
- The installers were quick and efficient, and the crew swept the entire work area with magnets three times after installation.
- The office staff was very responsive and answered all of my questions.
- David Kibbe was amazing to work with and was able to walk us through the whole process.
- When repair did not work, they stopped responding to requests to come back and fix.
- Only communication after that was a request for payment of unsuccessful repair.
- This kind of service is what gives contractors a bad name.

Overpriced and when repair did not work stopped responding to request to come back and fix. Sent texts and mail asking for payment, gave excuses about moving and that was why delay in responding to notice repairs did not work, said would come back, but never did. Only communication after that was request for payment of unsuccessful repair. This kind of service is what gives contractors a bad name.
Was told when reported that problem was not fixed they would return to determine what else needed to be done. At that time indicated I would provide check when they returned. After excuse about not returning due to moving no further communication. Was hoping they would return to fix issue and could pay for initial short unsuccessful visit as well as further fixing at that time. Finally, after significant time passed with no communication about returning, have given up and have sent payment for initial visit. At this point, would have been very reluctant to use for further services anyway given lack of communication and follow-up when made aware that problem persisted. At no time was told would not come back to fix issue until initial visit was paid for. Had the contractor returned as promised would have easily paid for initial unsuccessful completion in person during that visit.

What a great company. My new roof looks amazing and it got done on time.
Mary Fairchild was amazing to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It was quick and easy. Answered all our questions and made this go smooth. I don't usually do this for a contract but I HIGHLY recommend Mary.

We had a great experience with Skyfall Enterprises. In late fall of 2020 we had our roof inspected by Mary. She did a very thorough job inspecting the roof and the rest of the exterior of our home. A significant amount of hail damage was discovered. Mary and the rest of the crew at Skyfall handled everything from start to finish including dealing with the insurance company. We were able to get a new roof not only on our house but also two of our sheds, as well as downspouts, window screens, fascia and skylights. Every person that was involved in both the process and the construction was courteous and professional. We would recommend anyone that needs a roof inspection to contact Skyfall.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
