Having shopped there both personally and for work, I have always gotten friendly service. Overall I can’t pick a bad experience out of the many I’ve been there. I see a lot of people commenting on the stock but if they haven’t had what I’m looking for they’ve gone beyond to see if they can help. Very confident to say that I’d recommend.

Needed some keys made had a one guy made it the old way he made two keys faster the the machine made one key. All three keys worked! Was very happy with the service.

Not sure who helped me but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was looking for an item I knew they didn't have, but the man walked through the store and together we found everything I needed to complete my project. Couldn't ask for anything more in a hardware store
