SJ Winn Construction did a great job on our roof and put in a brand new skylight. They finished in just 2-3 days and the property was cleaner than they found it!

I wasn't looking forward to the process of searching for roofers to help replace my aging roof. I received several quotes, but finally I spoke with Marcus from SJ Winn. He took the time to educate me on the important points to be aware of during this process. Not only did I appreciate his thoroughness and willingness to spend the time, SJ Winn was within my anticipated budget. Other roofing companies appeared to be gouging me by adding unnecessary add-ons. Once the contract was assigned , I was scheduled within a matter of weeks. Highly recommend Marcus and SJ Winn. Their whole process made this daunting project much easier on me.

SJ Winn replaced the roof of my newly purchased house. They were up front about their products, price, and install process. On the day of the install, their team of professionals was quick, cleaned up well and installed a high quality roof. Would recommend SJ Winn.

They removed old gutters and downspouts and installed new gutters (including leaf guards) and downspouts. Work was done promptly and in a professional manner.

SJ Winn just repaired my chimney and replaced my roof. When I contacted them to get a quote, it was done promptly and I was impressed with the way they used a drone to look at my roof. He got me a quote the same day and I had both items done within just a few weeks. The workers were great and did a good job with clean-up when they were finished. Scott and his team repaired a leaky chimney and also replaced gutter guards with new HydroFlow gutter screens. The crew arrived mid-morning, completed the jobs by early afternoon, cleaned up and signed off. They were friendly and conscientious of my property. Scott, his sales team, office staff were all a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, detailed explaining the process, not pushy, and dealt with us professionally. In about 2 weeks there installers were here, worked unbelievably hard, and did a great job. Finished in one day! The yard and the deck and patio were spotless. No call back was needed. Excellent to deal with. Extremely pleased. Will recommend these guys anytime.

SJ Winn made getting our new roof very easy. From first phone call to finish, the whole process only took about a week. Scott and his crew were very professional and efficient, showing up early on the day of the job. In the time that it took me to drop my daughter off at school, they had the entire front of the house and property tarped off with almost the whole street side of the roof cleared. One of the hottest days of the year and they got the job done in less then a day, and left without a trace.

From beginning to end our experience using SJ Winn Construction was great!! They were quick to respond to come give us a quote, Marcus was straight forward gave us all the info we needed but wasn’t pushy. They took into account our situation and got us right on the schedule. I enthusiastically recommend SJ Winn for anyone who needs to repair or replace a roof. Owner (Scott) saw that ordered shingles didn’t match color & got correct shade the same day - no cost to me. I have never previously witnessed a construction crew that worked as hard as the team who replaced our roof. In 1.5 days they stripped old shingles, replaced underlaid plywood where needed, installed barrier layers and shingles, and cleaned up so well nobody would know they’d been there. Next day saw torrential rain with zero leakage anywhere. Every aspect of the work was done with care & attention to detail. All at a reasonable price and worth every dollar.

I really don’t know where to begin to let those people who could possibly be reviewing this post but top notch business from the office staff, the workers were respectful of our property and clean up and work efficiently. Scott was extremely supportive and helpful in our situation and I will honestly say he went above and beyond to help see that our issue was resolved. Scott Winn and his company did an outstanding job with my new roof. They met with me and chose materials within 2 days of doing the estimate and installed an entire new roof 4 days later. The crew was efficient and incredibly neat!! Because of the size and outstanding capability of the crew the project and full cleanup was completed in one day: AMAZING!!

Scott and his team did an excellent job replacing the roofs on my house andgarage. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the entire task in only one day. They worked carefully and the site was completely clean after they were finished.
The roofs look beautiful now and I've received several complements for them.
They, also, made other repairs to the house including replacing one exterior door and repairing and painting two others. One entrance needed special carpentry skills and the results were absolutely perfect. It's obvious that they all take great pride in their work.
They deserve those 5 star ratings and I'm happy to add my positive comments to the list. I highly recommend them and have no doubt who I'll call in the future.

Scott and his Team worked diligently to remove chimneys, strip and replace my roof shingles in one day. Nothing left behind. Gutters installed the next day. A great job and he was the most competitive in his quote!

We are so very pleased that we called Scott for an estimate to re shingle our garage and back addition. I called Scott on the 13th of April, told him what we needed. He was in the area and came over within minutes to look at the job. Later that day his wonderful office staff sent the estimate to my email. A few hours later Scott called to make sure that I had received it. I told him yes and we would like to move forward with it. He mentioned that he would be able to more than likely start it the following week as he had another garage to shingle that was very close to us. Yesterday 5 days after my initial call his hard working crew showed up in the afternoon and completed the job 4.5 hours later. Awesome workmanship and what I really loved about them is they didn't leave one speck behind that would have indicated we just had our roof done. I highly recommend SJWinn and crew. You won't be disappointed!

My shingles had to be replaced because of age and a leak. Scott was very easy to work with and stopped by when I had any questions. His crew arrived on time as scheduled and had the entire roof replaced in just one day. All crew members worked together to get the job done. They kept the area clean throughout the day and when they left, the only thing remaining was a new roof. I was very pleased with the crew and their work.

Not only was the roof installed quickly and the yard clean better than when they start.the amount of effort put forth by the office staff and the owner to fight the insurance company to get this project covered by insurance was above and beyond any other company I have used in the past

Worked very fast, had about 12 workers crawling around all over the roof, handing old material to each other. Striped the roof in 5-6 hours and started putting new material down the same day. Did a very good job with cleanup, found no nails or debris.

Scott and his team are absolutely fantastic at what they do! They had a new roof on our house within a week of calling them for the initial estimate. They moved that quickly because we had an active leak and they wanted to get it taken care of right away. I cannot recommend this company more highly!

SJ Winn came in and took care of everything I needed done beautifully and efficiently. They painted my house, did my flooring, put together my basement and even put in new fixtures I had bought last minute. You can see the workers take pride in what they do and they were very respectful of my home. Scott and his office staff was very professional, polite and courteous. Call Scott told him I had water spots on my ceiling, he came to my house found I had storm damaged, shingle missing, damaged shingles. He worked well with my insurance company. The morning it was schedule to replace the roof, his crew was there first thing in the morning and finish that evening. The crew did excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up after they work. Scott also will take care of my ceiling were I had water damage. I highly recommend SJ Winn Construction to others!

After having a horrible experience with another company, SJ Winn was able to get the job done for us exactly how we envisioned. We needed to match existing cedar shake impressions that were on our garage to complete the siding on our house. With great efforts, SJ Winn found the perfect match to finish our home. Everyone we had contact with and worked with was very helpful and professional. Megan the office manager went above and beyond and was very quick to answer any and all my questions! I noticed that I had roof damage from a storm we had recently. I called SJ Winn construction to come take a look and to see what it was going to cost me to have it repaired. The owner Scott was at my place that same day to look at it. So I called my insurance company that same day to have them take a look at it as well. Before I know SJWinn congratulations took care of all the details and my new roof was installed 6 days later. They started on a Wednesday morning and it was done the very next day.
