I was out of the house when my wife discovered the flooding and contacted Single Source on a friends recommendation. They were on the premises quickly and immediately took steps which greatly reduced further damage. Eric who oversaw the crew was simply outstanding. He explained everything before taking action and with great care and planning only opened walls ad ceilings where he had to. This way much more like surgery then demolition. Because of the skill, swift action, and experience of Eric and his crew the water damage was minimized and the ultimate repairs were much less.

They were a great group of people to work with and I would highly recommend them.

WOW!!!! Professional, courteous! I had serious hail damage to my roof and Single Source came in, did the estimate, contacted my insurance company and within a few weeks, I have a fabulous looking new roof upgraded roof! Justin at Single Source is extremely knowledgable on building codes and because of that, he was able to show the codes to the insurance company to get the upgrades covered.
Their roofing team worked from the moment they arrived with one short lunch break working almost 12 hours. They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! Not a scrap of shingle, paper, trash or nails left to be seen! I would highly recommend Single Source for all your repair needs caused by damage.

I recently had a leak in my ceiling and contacted Single Source. The water mitigation work began immediately and was promptly completed. The Project Manager for the restoration portion, Kyle Garneau, was knowledgeable, polite, with excellent communication skills. He and his team completed the work within the timeframe given and were very thoughtful and careful in moving and protecting my personal property during the restoration and in returning my home back to its original state upon completion. The team at Single Source made a stressful situation as simple as possible. We needed demolition of a wall to replace a broken drainage pipe from our second floor, and then replace and repaint the wall to match. The team was upfront and explained the whole process. The work was professionally done, thorough, and tidy. They also worked closely with my insurance company to provide a seamless experience. I had 3 floods in my finished basement which includes a family room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and more between Dec. 19 and Jan 13 and that one phone call to Single Source was the best call I could have made. Every single staff who entered my home were professional and more impressive cared about what we were going through. Seeing my personal things floating around the basement was overwhelming but with people like Justin and Eric reassuring me they would take care of it all made my nerves calm down. Every step through the process was explained clearly and was done in a timely manner. They took care of it all and kept me calm. My experience with SingleSource was an 11/10 experience and would highly recommend. Last week the septic in my complex was clogged and backed up into my condo. The team was extremely responsive in getting here to clean and sanitize. The project manager Eric was incredibly helpful in waking me though what they were doing ensuring it was properly cleaned. Shortly there after they had their team back asap go get quotes together so would get get to the restoration process. Given the circumstances never hope I need them again but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Had a pipe burst and needed some insurance repair work done. They came in, dried everything out, and did the demo, plaster work, electrical, and painting. Everything was done well and on time, and everyone at Single Source was great to work with, especially Mike who was managing the project. While I hope to never have a need for their services again, if I did, they would be the first company I call.

Ed diverted a crew to our home within an hour of my call, and was out taking moisture readings before the crew arrived. Not only does this company service your disaster needs, but also has a contracting team available for painting, plastering, carpentry, tile etc. In this day in age, finding quality service and help is difficult, so we are more then thankful Single Source came to our rescue! Sean and his team couldn’t have been more professional. They came and unfortunately had to take down some walls to dry the water leak. They clearly explained the process, did what they promised and were very reliable. The room looks like it is brand new. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called over 3 weeks ago to schedule for someone to come out. Received a call a week later saying they were reaching out to let me know they're busy and would call me in a few days to schedule an appointment to come out. My issue is I'm still yet to receive a call back. I called to follow up last week and was told I would get a phone call back that day and never did. Waste of my time waiting on them. Called another company today and they're coming out tomorrow.

Really great in an emergency. Came the same day to assess and the next day to clean up. Team was professional and friendly and did a nice job

Also. They spent a good amount of time trying to upsell me on a new roof. Once I declined they lost interest in coming back.

They were absolute lifesavers after I experienced back to back water pipe bursting incidents in my house last winter. Cleanup and repairs were made more difficult from a hard nosed tenant residing on the premises who resisted their repair efforts. Posting on behalf of my husband Nick and I. We had Vermiculite (with trace amounts of asbestos) in our attic insulation which caused concerns as we are expecting our first child this year. We contacted multiple disaster companies to provide quotes, but Carl & Single Source were the most helpful and best price for the job. It took about 4 days of mitigation/removal of all the insulation and then a couple days to complete the required air quality testing. A tree fell on my mom's house, and they did a tremendous job making sure the house was wrapped up tight (a tropical storm was about to hit the next day, made sure the inside was cleaned up so that an accurate assessment of the damage could be made, and has packed up and stored her property while her home is in the process of being prepared. I had to visit the office in order to complete some necessary paperwork, and everyone I met was extremely not just professional, but kind, asking after my mother and letting us know they would do anything she needed to make her move back to the house easy. If you suffer any kind of calamity, I highly recommend that you hire this company.
