Just had a new roof put on by Shoreland Roofing - they did a terrific job- I highly recommend this company if in need of a new roof. Steve and Sue were wonderful to work for during this job.

When I looked for a roofing contractor. I searched for someone honest, fair, reasonably priced with a solid reputation for quality work. Shoreland was all that, and more.

You expect to find stray nails everywhere when finished. I think I found 3.
They are conscientious, sticklers for quality, and clean. Steve, the owner saw something he didn't like, and had one of his guys back that day to fix it.

Sue, helped make the permitting process a breeze.

I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof.

Fantastic work! I could not be happier with the service, workmanship, and timeliness of the job. Steve is meticulous, his team is courteous, and everything was done according to plan. Due to scheduling and weather, there was a 48 hour period where I’d be without gutters. As it would happen we saw heavy rain and I discovered water building-up near my basement pit. I texted Steve to let him know. He said he wanted to take a look, IMMEDIATELY drove over, and proceeded to build a temporary (and ingenious) water-channel over my deck to move the run-off away from the trouble-spot. Oh, and all of this was on a SUNDAY! Even though I told him that I’d dropped a submersible pump to keep the water moving out, and that he didn’t need to come by, he insisted. This above-and-beyond service was totally unexpected. I will continue to recommend him and his company because of it. My home is now more energy efficient, my new roof looks great, and the gutter installer that Steve used did a better job than I imagined going into the project. Thank you Steve and Shoreland Roofing. (It is worth noting that Steve is a home builder by trade so I encourage you to pick his brain for ideas & suggestions regarding other parts of your home/garage/yard as well. The quality of Steven’s work and that of all of his employees has kept us from having any significant maintenance issues for the past nine years. His construction team was courteous, kept the property neat and most importantly stayed on the job during all kinds of weather!
