My parent’s 194 year old home in Rocky Mount Va. just received a new roof by Shock and Awe. They reside in the home currently. The job and experience was incredible. The contractor communicated daily. He defined his plan and executed it perfectly. I have never been associated with such a professional contracting business. Typically communication with contractors is vague and blunt. Jackie is a star. I received the value i paid for in the work and i was involved in the process. Lastly, they completed a very difficult project that literally 8 other contractors were not interested because of the complexity of the job. Excellence, communication, honesty, integrity, and value: rare, rare, rare company in the 21st century. And I conducted the entire project 1600 miles away.

I met a worker across the street. He was very polite. I asked him if he could do my roof. Within a week, he gave an estimate. Several colors to choose from, I chose green. After I payed, and the weather cooperated, they were here in about 2 weeks. It took two days and they were done! The workers were very polite, they even fixed and cleaned my gutters out. My yard was completely cleaned up and all trash removed! This company is amazing and I highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Sent a crew out to do repair work and they didn't do it all. Jackie came out and seen the job they done and said he'd make it right. Sent another crew out the next day, same thing. They didn't do what they said. Jackie and another crew came out 2 days later and supposedly finished the job. We had rain on Sunday and the roof leaked. Which is the original reason I had him come out. He told me I had a sweating problem but it leaked in several different places that it never leaked in the first place. Never offered to come back and fix the problem. Will never use this company again. I'm not a roofer but I'm not an idiot either. I know a leak when I see one.

Very professional! I called and talked to Jackie Duncan and asked if he would give me a quote on a new roof. He came that same day to assess the work. He actually helped me patch my roof, free of charge, because some shingles blew off from a wind storm a couple days prior. Jackie gave me a quote the next day. Every question that I asked was answered. The price was fair, so, I gave him the job.
