Shepherd Restoration and Repair

Shepherd did some deck repair and support work for us. David and his team were extremely professional and communicated great during the entire process, giving us various options when the inevitable issues came up when dealing with an old deck. I really felt he had our best interests in mind and was honest in our discussions. The repairs look great and the deck is stronger than ever. Would hire for a future project if the need comes up.

We had a really great experience working with David at Shepherd Restoration. We got his name and number from some people at church. (I think he had done some repairs at the church) We had a small list of things that we needed help with. We had a few areas of drywall patched and repaired, a new door hung leading to the garage and he installed some new shelves for us too. We liked the fact that he was transparent, talked with us about cost/price options and he was on time! (hard to find that these days) Over the years it feels like some contractors are all talk, but we felt like he took time to listen and he did the job right the first time. Would definitely recommend him to others!

David helped us fix our shower! We were without our spare bathroom shower for over a year after a plumber left us with a broken part. I called Shepherd Restoration and Repair, David was extremely nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to be at our house about an hour later! After explaining the situation and checking out the drain he was able to give us a few repair options. He helped save us so much money so we didn’t have to take out the whole tub and shower to get this fixed! Extremely professional from the first point of contact. After he finished fixing the shower we started discussing future projects and remodeling projects for our house in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough! Professional, on time, and fair pricing! Can’t wait to have David come back and start some new projects!
