This company waits until they arrive to decide if they will charge you a “service fee” or not! Tell your customers beforehand you charge an unreasonable service fee amount!

Furthermore I’m pretty sure the owner just throws out random numbers for jobs like it’s the powerball or something.. He’s like that’s gonna cost you $1500 and I’m like sir I just want you to change the light bulb.. ‍♀️‍♀️

I am thoroughly impressed with the positive results I experienced at Shelbyville RV Repair. Jake truly went above and beyond to address the brake issues on my Solitude 2930 RL. He not only repaired them but also shared valuable insights. He efficiently identified the necessary parts, handled the ordering process, and scheduled my service for a seamless repair. I highly recommend Shelbyville RV Service and Repair for any of your RV needs. They are an excellent shop with outstanding service.

I would give 100 stars if I could! David is one of the most talented folks I've ever worked with! He was able to do the impossible to our camper! I am still in awe! They were best in price and service, hands down!

David and Jake did an Awesome job on everything they have done for us. They had to install a new rack on our front slide out on our Four Winds RV. They did this in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. We also had our Riverstone Reserve need repairs because a rat did some damage. They worked with our insurance company and did an incredible job. I had them install some very bright LED lights recessed in the back of the rig. They have done such great work I had them install a brush guard, winch, and LED lights recessed bar on my F-350. They also recessed LED lights in the bumper of my
F-350! They have done great quality work. Awesome Job!

I called David and told him several things I needed addressed on my 39 ft Journey. He said he would be more than happy to take a look and talk it over with me. I took it to him at the time we agreed on and have NEVER been treated any better by any business…and I’m 61 yrs old so I’ve dealt with a lot of folks lol.

He took his time to show and explain to me what and why I needed the repairs.

He got me right in and has been GREAT to deal with!!

I now have my RV service center for life.

I HIGHLY recommend David and SRS to anybody needing RV repair.

Very good service. My wife and I were traveling through from out of state. They were so kind to fit us in that day within a couple of hours and fix the problem that we had so that we could drive home 3 states away with no worries. I highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable

Great service and very reasonable pricing! Up front free estimates.. They're good about explaining things too, so you can maintain your unit - as they did for us. Ask for Jake over there.. Definitely a 5 Star company!
