SERVPRO to the rescue! When our basement got waterlogged from heavy rains, Drew, Tavis, Noah, and their amazing team responded promptly and selflessly to our late night plea for help. We recently had a pipe burst in our home which flooded our master bedroom and living room. We contacted Servpro and they quickly sent out a team. Jay was the team leader and he assessed where there was moisture and Jen and Jess got to placing fans and dehumidifiers (they were even great with our daughter who was scared of the noise). Jen and Jess even packed up our belongings to facilitate moving the furniture and tore up all of our wet flooring. After that Andy was available for any and all questions we had and stopped by the property to insure everything was working as it should. Andy and Tavis had to come down on a Sunday to work after our basement flooded. They were so professional, up front on what could be expected, and worked their tails off until the job was done. We’ve unfortunately had to use Servpro services twice in two years, and both times we received excellent care. Would highly recommend their services.

Jessica and Sian are not only very hard and efficient workers but also very pleasant to be around. They’re always cheerful while working hard. They were very helpful in explaining to us the process involved in mitigating the smoke damage. We are completely satisfied with the service they provided in restoring our home.

Recently a stray cat got into our house and we could hear it in the hvac vents. We called a number of businesses, animal control etc but no one could come to help us in a timely basis. Drew from Servpro of West Topeka came out late one evening and we weren’t able to locate it but true to their word Servpro of West Topeka (this time Andy) came back and continued searching. Along with Bob from Lentz Plumbing, we finally located the cat wedged between a heater vent and a wall. We cut a hole in the wall and removed a scared, but uninjured cat from our house. I can’t say enough about Drew and Andy from Servpro of West Topeka. Their responsiveness and professionalism was above and beyond. They actually we’re concerned about finding and removing the cat. Thanks Servpro of West Topeka. Still don’t know how the cat got in the wall!?!?

While my neighbors were on vacation the water line to the toilet tank broke at an unknown time although estimates were at least 2 days prior to detection. Servepro was notified by his insurance and I became the local contact between my neighbor and Servepro. The team consisted of Andy, Jessie, Jennifer and Hunter. They came out around 10:00 PM that night and we’re there until around 2:00 AM. In the following days I had many opportunities to observe their work. I was extremely impressed with not only their knowledge but especially their work ethic. They kept me informed as work progressed and it was evident they were truly concerned and about the home and it’s contents. If I or anyone I know has any flooding issues I will most certainly recommend Servepro and hope the same crew comes out.

Got in touch with ServPro because of a flooded house. They got there super fast; Andy especially was super responsive, professional and understanding. He and his crew (Jess, Hunter, Ty) were super quick and friendly; any questions I had they were able to answer! Hope to not NEED them again, but if I do I for sure will be using them!

When you suddenly discover wet carpet in your basement, and have not a clue how to go forward, we feel so lucky that our Insurance Agent recommended Jay C., at ServPro, to get a handle on our very unexpected water issue. Along with Andy Ferguson, they investigated, were very thorough and figured out where our problem stemmed from. They were both friendly and professional, and explained every detail as they proceeded. They came back to check on the drying process, removed the damaged carpet, sheetrock, woodwork and moldy personal property, and treated the affected area. 3 weeks in and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service that we have received. They have truly gone above and beyond. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, as they have given us peace of mind and offered emotional support when I felt so overwhelmed. Integrity really comes to mind when I describe Drew and his team. My parents had a house fire it was a tragic event and everything was an absolute mess. Hard to know what direction to jump. Drew ultimately was responsible for putting together a very adequate and updated budget to present to the insurance company. He even considered code updates in his bid and went out of his way. He wasn’t necessarily interested in getting the construction job as much as he was interested in doing what was right for my parents I don’t think you find a lot of people like that anymore and I’m thankful for his team. Mary and Jennifer work tireless hours sorting through the house smoke filled working side-by-side with my sister and my mom. We are blessed to have their help!

We had SERVPRO of West Topeka out twice in the last few months, and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Drew, Andy, and the rest of the crew are as professional as it gets, and went the extra mile in everything that they did. They initially came out to do a full HEPA clean out of our finished attic after we had a bat infestation. While they were working they discovered some mold around the HVAC system which they also remediated. Then they cleaned the carpets on the second floor as well. We had them come back a few weeks later to clean our ducts. If we need anything else cleaned I will not hesitate to call Drew. If you're reading this review, go ahead and give them a call. They will treat you right.

Servpro of West Topeka did an excellent job of customer service from the time I spoke to Andy on the phone, to his fair and reliable estimate of cleaning our basement carpet to Andy, Jennifer & Ginger coming to our home to take care of cleaning our carpet. They were able to get out some old makeup stains, candle wax, and other miscellaneous stains and my carpet looks great!! I would highly recommend their team for any of your service needs that they take care of. I myself will use them again if needed for this and other services in the future. Thanks Again!

We asked ServPro to clean the vents and air ducts in our home. The team that came out was very professional and courteous. We were super impressed! They cleaned up after themselves and were super friendly especially with our dogs! I will certainly recommend to friends and family members.

This was the first time we've ever dealt with a fire and I am so thankful that we ended up with this crew of people! Jay and Drew were wonderful about going through things with us and reassuring us that everything would be taken care of. Mary and Fanny were the ones that packed up all our belongings and they are just genuinely amazing human beings. They were among the few people that realized how traumatizing this whole experience was for us and they treated us as if they were packing up a member of their own family. They got out spots that other Topeka carpet cleaners had not been able to. Only negative was they used the bathtub and did not clean it out when finished.

They responded very fast and knew exactly what to do! They were very professional and organized! I even think that the clean up crew went above and beyond to get my basement clean in every nook and cranny! Andy and Jen came again the next day and made it the best possible! I am impressed with everything that was done!

I worked with Daniel (owner), Jay, Drew, Mary, Shawna, Tavis, and Dakota. They walked me through the entire process with fire damage cleanup, contents cleanup, painting, and replacing certain major appliances.

I own Grog's Games, which is a specialty game store in Topeka. I suffered a catastrophic fire at my retail space in June 2019, with it being a total loss, with the exception of four art prints and all of my tables. I had four custom built 8'x44" oak tables which were only two weeks old; the tables cost $4,100 each. There were large doubts whether they would be salvageable.

Shawna was the technician that was assigned to fire. I spoke with her the day after the fire and we both looked them over. She told me that it looked worse than it was and that she would do her best.

Wow, did she! My tables cleaned up perfectly, with no soot, water stains or discolorations. The only issue was a couple small cracks in one of the tables, which were caused by the heat and there was nothing that Servpro (or anybody else) could do about them.

Shawna, Jay and Topeka Servpro were fantastic. Because of them, I am in the process of getting reopened in a different location much sooner than expected. I HIGHLY recommend Topeka Servpro for your fire recovery/cleanup whether it be commercial or residential.

I rent an apartment in South Topeka and suffered a sewage back-up loss. Management didn’t want to repair or clean the damages, so I reached out to ServPro. They fit me right into their schedule, and did as much cleaning and sanitizing as possible without any alterations to the unit. It smelled so much better and literally sparkled! We had a major fire that started in our garage. Serve Pro was out the next day and walked us through everything and answered all our questions over the next months. Our entire house had to be gutted due to water damage and smoke. Jay, Drew and numerous guys and girls Mary, Shawna , Fanny and Jennifer treated us and our things like family. We appreciated the care they took when handling and storing our belongings. From pack up to pack back they did an excellent job. They took some family heirlooms that day that were in danger of water damage and fixed them right up. The people that work for this company are standup guys. I haven't had any work done by them personally BUT I know of a few that have and they speak very highly of them.

I work in the industry and if anybody would call me needing their services I would have no problems in recommending this company to my customers.

We had a roof leak and called Servpro on a Saturday. I spoke with a live person and they sent someone out first thing Monday morning. They inspected above our ceiling and found it dry so they didn’t end up doing any work. Surprisingly they didn’t charge us or even mention a bill. I was really impressed by their level of service and knowledge. Will recommend to anyone.

I worked closely with Andy. He explained the process beginning to end and was very accommodating of our special circumstances as we were over 1200 miles from home dealing with our situation. I trust Andy and his crew as they were very thorough and sympathetic. He was also honest from the beginning and knowledgeable of all processes. I found some mold in my new to me home. Tony with Servpro identified and treated the mold problem. I couldn’t be happier. I was dreading a total gutting of the house but that was not necessary after treatment.

I have a leather couch and loveseat that i bought used. When i went to see it, it didn't smell like smoke but when i got it home, it was quickly apparent they smoked like chimneys. I tried every trick possible to get rid of the smell, with minimal success. I called Servepro after figuring out i needed help. First of all, they answered the phone. No need to leave a message. Then, after explaining my situation, they said they could probably help and that i would receive a call back . Tony called me promptly the next morning, giving me three options with pricing, and reassuring me that they would work with me to get rid of the cigarette smell (for a very fair price). Andy and his crew are amazing! My elderly mother had a water leak in her basement which resulted in mold growing. Andy walked me through each thing they were going to do and worked with our insurance adjuster directly. I would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

I highly recommend this company for water clean up. I woke up to a mess because the sewer line in my basement backed up and water flowed onto the carpet. I called Servpro and they were to my house within an hour to clean up. The crew chief, Andy, and technicians Dalton and Braden were all very polite and did a great job. They moved boxes from a nearby closet to check for water and cleaned that area as well. I didn't even realize water had gotten into that area. The production manager, Tony, even stopped by the job and spoke with me which reassured my confidence with the company. The service provided made me glad that I called Servpro.

10/10 would definitely recommend. They are well priced and did not overcharge for unnecessary things as some companies do. They were able to take care of us fast and efficiently and even having to call them to come out more than once did not seem to be a problem. The guys who came out to our house did a great job as well. They worked with me on times and were always here when they said they would be. Great company, great staff.

I called and they said they'd get back to me. I received a confirmation email with a ticket number etc. Never heard back, after a week and a half I called again and they said they lost my ticket. They scheduled with me then called the day I was supposed to be meeting and rescheduled. They finally made it out on the second date and the project managed traipsed around my sodden basement then tacked the sludge through my house on his way out. When the clean up crew came out they were half an hour late. Not any one thing made it bad but taken in a whole they were not very professional.
