T and T they are so responsible very nice guys very knowledgeable answered all our questions that we were so uneasy about

very respectful of our home. Tommy and Tee were very prompt, diligent, and clean. They were tasked with cleaning 2 rooms from the plaster dust and soot after we removed 2 chimneys. They even pulled the remaining nails in the framework that is still standing. We really appreciate the work they did. This was NOT a job for the faint of heart. I discovered on the first day of demo that this was going to be a much bigger cleaning job than i had anticipated.

I recently had your pack up crew here getting me ready for a new floor and I can only say good things about them. Denise, Bennett and Ian came in got to work and made short order of the job. Denise meticulously packed our goods (most of which were 100 years old) as if they were articles that belonged to her own grandmother. She then stacked all of the boxes so as to allow the two men a organized method of removal to the van. All of the crew was constantly eager to help with anything they could do for us. Communication was excellent throughout my project. They showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed each step of the way. All employees were very empathetic and courteous to us, minimized disruption to our home, and completed the job timely.

The crew showed up very quickly and took care of business. They came back to take readings to monitor progress. Very happy to use this company in the future should we ever need to.

Servpro cleaned the walls and our vaulted ceiling of mold. Their equipment and plastic were here for a long bit, which made it inconvenient going into other rooms in our home. But since it was here, we ended up using the purifier in the rest of our house also. We would definitely recommend ServPro of Kershaw—as long as our mold does not return!!

Allen and Nick came to take out damaged Sheetrock and get rid of mold from some minor water damage. They were very professional and kind.

Our water heater failed and we ended up with a flooded garage. Rhashade and Zan came out took care of the problem. They called ahead, showed up on time and did a thorough job. As a plus, they were great guys ….. courteous and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

I am in business for myself and I have to sing the praises for all of the crews that have been in my home. I have bad roof damage, water damage in and outside. 50 year old cedar planks that can not be replaced and such care was given. I am still in the process of repair, and in hopes that the recon group will be as good as the ones before! Kudos to Tommy (Tom), Quan, Nick, Shay, Andrew, Kierra, Zan and Rashawd(sp?). Customer service is a passion for this group and they deserve a huge pat on the back. My faith in customer service is a little stronger because of them. I have made a terrible mistake…I left your “Front Line” out of my review! Your office Manager DENISE, went to bat for me with State Farm, on numerous occasions! She always answered the phone with “a smile”! Answered all of my concerns, making me feel very comfortable with the process! I am a Senior Citizen and don’t know anything about this process, Denise has guided me every step of the way! Giant kudos to your best asset! MB

The technician who came out was very patient and explained everything to my mom. He showed her everything that was wrong and what needed to be done and why it happened. I wish that his name was on the card but I would recommend him.

Andy & his team at SERVPRO are fabulous! We had a pipe leak that caused water to come through the upstairs floor into downstairs ceiling from our washer & they had it all fixed up within a week.

Kyle stayed in quick communication with me throughout the whole process with the upmost kindness & professionalism.

This company is the best . Ive never had a problem like mine before now , and Nick , Tommy and Laurie were very professional and answered all my questions when they got here , and during the process of drying my floors out . I had a mess , and I'm so thankful someone told me about Servpro . When I called them after hours I was expecting them to come the next day , but they were here in no time and started immediately cleaning up the water damage . I will recommend Servpro to anyone that needs them . Thank you to all the other workers that came too .

I will say honestly things started well, remediation was prompt, explained well, follow through was excellent. Afterwards things went wrong quickly. Just the highlights, quote was extremely bloated and when I started questioning it they immediately started suggesting "extras" that could be done. Being naive to the experience I started agreeing and then realized that was a complete mistake because they quickly started cutting corners. The team they sent was hard to communicate with and they completely trashed my upholstery, rugs, and after they moved one of my TV - well it no longer connects to the Internet and the other one had to be tossed because of a cracked screen. They moved everything on the back patio and then cut the flooring spraying saw dust all over my belongings to the point that I had to trash Persian rugs. I asked several times that a different crew come to complete the bathroom repairs and they sent the same team. They say I signed off on the shower install but trying to find a picture on his phone and telling me "it will be something like that", isn't exactly agreeing. Curious I found my shower at Lowes for $798.00 and was floored that was being installed on a $21,000 quote. When I questioned it again, I was told that it was illegal for me to pocket the money. Of which I was completely in shock because I was actually asking them to be honest with the quote and reduce the price because they were not performing half the job or using quality products, labor was shotty - drywall looked like a kindergarten student cut it out. So it was illegal for me but not for them to pocket money for work never done. It took 7 months for the repair of a 3x3 shower and only 7 days for the emails and phone calls to immediately be paid. I sincerely hope this was a one off for this company and it's future customers but for me it was completely miserable. I felt unheard, not valued, and intentionally targeted to poor quality and performance because I questioned the process and quality. I tried to reach out to the owner of the franchise and to supervisors, but the boys club circled and defended it's poor communication and practice. To future customers: get everything in writing, photographs of the products you are choosing, don't text with the supervisor, and if you are unhappy with anything document it.

April Polson went above and beyond. She and her team were great. They have made this process possible for us to cope with. They have been very helpful and courteous me and my family.

I was having mildew & mold coming through my air ducts!! These guys were awesome!!! They came & got my air ducts cleaned & even offered me post cleaning tips on how to prevent the mildew & mold in the future!!

We had our ducts cleaned throughout the house after some renovations and remodeling that had taken place created a bit of drywall dust. ServPro was able to schedule service promptly, they were on time and did a good job cleaning the ducts and air registers. Nick and Tom were professional and pleasant to work with.

It was a rough start at first. Estimates went up several times and the HVAC crew put fingerprints all over my new paint. However Michelle Trusedale came the next day and cleaned everything all over again. Did a great job!

Needed to get house cleaned that we had just bought. Heard good things about ServPro so gave them a call. Greg was over 20 minutes late to “inspect” the house to give an estimate. While he was “inspecting” the house he kept saying how we would be paying for a “premium” service. After the inspection he said he would have us a quote later that day (7/6/23) or the next day. Needless to say, never received the estimate so I messaged him on Sunday 7/9 asking what was going on. He finally responded the next morning wanting our email so “he could send the estimate right over.” Bottom line…if you expect customers to pay a premium price then the service should be “premium” from start to finish. From the estimate through the service itself.

After we had a washing machine unexpectedly overflow, the team was out within an hour or two of us calling. They had to cut holes in the Sheetrock and ceiling to dry out our home, and they did a very neat and clean job; really going above and beyond what was expected. Although we hope we never need to use them again, they will absolutely be the first and only ones we call should the need arise! Thank you thank you for everything!

ServePro did an awesome job helping us after our fire! Joshua and his crew were so friendly. They made this experience so much easier.

They provided us with a deep cleaning service for our kitchen, a kitchenette and several storage closets. They also replaced several Celotex panels in the ceiling.

Never had to or wanted to use ServPro but after our dishwasher malfunctioned and dumped water all over our kitchen they were there within an hour of calling. All the employees explained the process thoroughly and were available with any questions or concerns that we had.

Serv Pro was very quick to come out and always gave me updates on the moisture levels. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

The good folks at SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties came down to help with the National disaster we had here in Texas with the Winter of 2021. Millions of people were without power, their homes were cold and their pipes burst and we did not have enough help to deal with all the water damage. These boys rode in with their white hats and white horses and saved the day! Without them who knows how long it would have taken us to get a vendor on site to deal with our water damage. I can HIGHLY recommend this company and this team. They were punctual, competent, diligent, patient with stupid questions, and some of the most polite and courteous fellas you'll ever meet. If you live in the Lancaster counties area do yourself a favor, this is the organization you want to keep on speed dial!

ServPro came and cleaned my carpet today. Let me just say there are companies who clean carpet and then there’s ServPro. Titus and Charles arrived on time, were courteous and actually interested in making sure my needs were fully met and that I was satisfied. They were professional, competent and thorough. When they finished it looked as if I had new carpet put down not a sloppy wet mess that would take days to dry.

These guys came out Sunday morning after we had water damage on a Saturday night to help us after we had water damage at our home. They were very professional, had a fair price, did a great job. I'm gladly leaving a very positive review.

I've used Servpro twice due to flooding, both times they were starting the mitigation process within 24 hours after initial contact, kept me up to date on the status of repair process from start to finish. Its a tough and dirty job, well worth the $$$ spent!!!
