We had a great experience with Servpro after our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Marco, Bryce, Tanner and Nealey were super helpful with getting all of the water out, taking out the carpet pad etc. amazing job guys!!

When I had a pipe burst at my home, Servpro was there immediately. The crew that cleaned up the mess was great. The employee named Pedro did a a lot of work, restoring the sheet rock, painting, and putting the baseboard trim back on. I am very happy with the results.

We had a sump pump failure which flooded our basement a few days before out of town guests were arriving.Servpro came out that morning and got straight to work, over the course of 4 days the team cleaned out our basement and were quick enough to save many areas. The team consisted of 4 members, , Marco, Bryce, Tanner and Nealey who were all professional and communicated well with us. Thanks to the team are home was ready for guests within a matter of days.

Tanner Marco and Nealey came quickly to get fans running and dehumidifier going to start getting things dried out. They were there within a few hours of first calling on a Sunday afternoon at that to. Always answered any questions I had and always kept me informed on what they found and how far they were. Great people to work with highly recommend!

If I could give them two 5-star reviews, I would. Someone was speeding through our neighborhood and crashed their car into my parked truck and garage. I called over 20 contractors in Sioux Falls and not a single one of them answered the phone or returned my call. I remembered seeing ServePro rebuild a house down the street after a fire, so I gave them a call. Not only did they answer the phone, but they had person at my house that same day. Every person that I delt with was great at responding back to both my text messages and emails. As soon as I got a payment from insurance, they were quick to schedule a day to come out and do the work.

Pedro and Travis had the corner of my garage rebuilt and painted to match. It looks fantastic.

I recently had Servpro come out to clean the air ducts in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and got right to work.

They were respectful of my home—wearing shoe covers, keeping the work area clean, and making sure everything was put back the way it was when they finished. The difference in air quality was noticeable almost immediately. It feels fresher and cleaner, and I’m already seeing less dust around the house.

I really appreciated their attention to detail and how thorough they were. I’d definitely recommend Servpro to anyone looking for reliable and professional air duct cleaning.

Just when you think it couldn't possibly happen....it happens. Last October someone was speeding excessively through the neighborhood and overcorrected their vehicle into one of my townhomes. Nobody was hurt which is a win. It took a few tries to find a contractor that was avaliable and I was extremely fortunate to find these guys. From day one they were straighforward, courteous and 100% transparent about the cost of repair. They also presented a draw schedule with specific dollar amounts, dates and explanations of work performed so I knew exactly what to expect and when it was going to happen. If you look at the before and after pictures you will see how it looks like nothing even happened even though the befores are pretty awful. The damage is fully repaired and the garage is what it used to be. Everything is right again and now I can leave this stress behind as a result. Lastly my tenant even commented about how non intrusive and quiet everyone was as they were home during the entire repair process as the contractors had to enter and exit through the front door in order to get into the garage. Hands down one of the best Contractors I have ever dealt with and one of my better decisions to go to for help. Thank you for everything and making this repair process the least stressful part of this entire situation.

Adam and his team were very professional. The two techs (Nealy and Issac), that were at our home cleaning the ducts and dryer vent did a great job. Explained what they were going to do. There are not enough negative things I could say about ServPro.
In May 2024 we had had the unfortunate situation of coming home to a house fire. ServPro was at our house that day and talked up and down about the care we would receive from their company. From then on, the entirety of our reconstruction was us fighting an uphill battle. When our original Construction Manager completely stopped responding in the middle of demo, we got a new Construction Manager who ordered and put the wrong insulation in (argued over the rating required), fought with us over the number of windows in our kitchen, and continued to try and keep us out of the loop on all details of the project.
Through most of the project, the owner Jessica was on every email, but I never got any input when asked, unless I forwarded the email directly to her with highlighted questions. At this point, she simply asked us to be nicer to the Construction Manager, but our reconstruction was not given any priority. We had to continuously ask and argue to have our house cleaned after construction due to drywall mud all over our screen door, our windows still being caked in soot, and all through this, Jessica did not respond.
Now that we are back in our house, we can see the sloppy work that has been done. Our bathroom has a rough one coat of paint and looks very tacky. When caulking our large front windows, the team caulked over packing tape that was placed over the trim/window. Those who put in our kitchen cabinets, only put footing on half of the lower cabinets. The trim running through the entire house is white and nothing was done to hide the nails or seems.
If by chance you ever have to experience a terrible event that rips away your home like we did, I highly advise you to not use ServPro of Sioux Falls.

I have nothing but good things to say about the crew who worked on our water damage. They were here within 2 hours of my call and worked until 8 pm. Amber came by each day on the weekend to see how things were drying up. When the job was complete, they cleaned up extremely well. Also a shout out to Pedro and Dory. SERVPRO is amazing! We had some water in our basement. We called in the professionals from SERVPRO to clean up the water and dry everything properly. They did an awesome job and even made the insurance process easy.

I never got the opportunity to have remediation completed because they NEVER called back or showed up to address my flooding basement. On June 21, I opened a work order, and they told me that they were about a week out. I never received a call back. I was able to manage the damage myself and dry it out. My wife had to cancel her trip with me so we could have someone at the house to wait for SERVPRO who didn't even have the courtesy to call us back. The work order is still open as of today.

ServPro came right away to help us after our basement sump pump couldn’t keep up with the rain volume. Great guys, professional response. But the “like it never happened” isn’t quite true. They had to remove some dry wall to ensure all areas were thoroughly dry and not subject to mold. But they did not repair the damage they made to the walls. Now we have to hire somebody else to replace the dry wall.

We were able to save our basement drywall and carpet after a sump pump failure because of Servpro. Would highly recommend

I live in Canton where we just experienced 20”+ of rain in 2 days. SERVPRO instantly stepped in to serve our community during our desperate time of need. SO grateful for their help & expertise!

Amazing company to work with! I came home this winter and noticed my ceiling was wet. Fearing something major happened I called ServPro and Adam came after hours. After taking the time to throughly investigate the water on the ceiling it was discovered to be caused by an ice dam. Adam left a big fan to dry the ceiling that night and came back the next day to make sure the roof and attic were drying properly after the snow was removed. He also took the time the next several days to check in and make sure things were still going good. After having him out that night it put my mind at ease knowing I called the right people for the job! Will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to friends and family!!

Beware. They will be a no-show and do not know how to call and say they will be a no show. Manager, did not think it important to make such a call when the employees were no show for the day.

Pipes burst in my neighbors apartment. Servpro was out there right away with the fans. Shortly later they took down the ceiling. Now, over two months later, I still wait for them to complete my apartment so I can move back in. Huge failure here. Huge. --- In response to your response. It makes no sense that my apartment complex would only contract a partial fix. None at all. PLUS, your staff REPEATEDLY told me that they would be the ones to finish the project. They visited my unit many times, and each time they told me this. Something is amiss. UPDATE - I M gonna go from a 1 to a 5. I have given this a lot of thought, and tho neither party will elaborate, I am smart enough to see that my apartment is at fault. I have had MULTIPLE problems with AP. Once again, I believe once again, that they have failed me miserably. This took 74 days - unacceptable. AP was driving. AP fails. Thank you for your responses and understanding that I was angry. Let the dust settle, and then you may see clearly.

ServPro was one of the companies recommended by our insurance agent to help with a house flood. The communication from day 1 was top notch. Joe was very polite, kind and empathetic. Poop, Pee, and Toilet paper water was almost 1inch everywhere in my basement and they were here within the hour of talking to them! Gio and Evan had all the answers once they knew the situation and both let me know the process. It was cleaned, Sanitized and all the stuff that was exposed they took off to be incinerated! Good to know their process and even checked in the next day to see if their services were still needed for a drying Process! Thank you to the Techs for sure and thank you Servpro!!

I had water come through my ceiling Christmas Eve and was not finding anyone willing to help. Other companies just said would have to call a roofer and figure out where it is coming from before they could help. Good luck with that in winter! I was searching online and saw servepro. I called with little hope but Mark took my call. He said not only would they be able to fix, but they could find the leak since he is roofer they have.He spent so much time on his holiday explaining the process and what they would do. Marco and Joe were my cleanup and prep crew that had to cut open and dry my ceiling.They were amazing too and so calming since seeing your ceiling being cut open is quite nerve wracking.They walled off the area with plastic-even the floor so as not to get dust everywhere. Mark got on the roof and has temporarily fixed to prevent further water until warm enough.I can't wait to see how ceiling will look at the end since they have my total trust at this point. This is a long review-but don't waste your time on those other companies. This one helps you find and correct the issue-and with genuine compassion and care!

Called to see up an estimate for water damage in my manufactured home. Dillon came out and assessed the damage. His entire demeanor was in my opinion struggling to find simple words. He said he would be back the following day at 2pm for measurements. The following day, Dillon never showed up, no call, nothing. The weekend goes by. I call Monday, Dillon is busy at another job but will call me by the end of the day. Dillon never calls. I call again Tuesday, and finally Dillon calls me at the end of the day to tell me they do not work on manufactured homes. The entire deal was a massive waste of time. Why not tell me they don’t work on manufactured homes the day he came to my home? Why tell me he will be back the next day? Why not communicate or reach back out with me at all for an entire week? I personally wouldn’t waste your time with this company. Their lack of responsiveness is ridiculous.

My flooded basement due to faulty water softner was promptly handled by Marco Mendez, Giovani Cox and manager TJ Thomas. Thanks guys for cleaning up the resulting mess. Very professional and prompt.

Just had Marco and Mason visit our home for Duct Cleaning Services. They were punctual, Professional, and friendly. They called me before the appointment to confirm time of appointment. And were in and out within the time frame that was initially quoted. Thanks for the great service!

They were very prompt on getting out to the house to get the water from a from a broken faucet fixed, which was very nice. 13 months later and no one returning phone calls, they got the sheet rock repaired downstairs from the water damage…only for them to have to come back and redo it because it was done very poorly. The guys that sanded and stained the floors did a great job, except he didn’t clear coat and stain under the fridge, so now if under the fridge ever gets wet, that part of the floor wil be ruined. And of course, he won’t respond to a text or voicemail. He and his crew also left trash bags in our front yard and other loose pieces of trash that couldn’t even make it to a bag. After all this snow melts, our front yard will look like a dumpster. Overall, this was a miserable experience. It took me and my mother in law getting rather annoyed and frustrated with them on the phone before they actually made an effort to get the repairs done. I understand people are busy, but 13 months is very excessive. People were rude. Had to listen to the scheduler tell me how great he was at his job after he didn’t show up for an appointment he made with me even though he was never able to make the appointment in the first place because he had to go out of town at the time of our appointment. And of course he didn’t bother to call and let me know. I had to call him and listen to him yell and swear at me and tell me how great he was at his job. Couldn’t believe it. If you call them, and they say they’ll call you back, just know they will never call you back. I hope I don’t ever need a home clean up service again, but I’d rather burn the house down than call Servpro. I see there are plenty of positive reviews on here, so I’m not sure what happened here with us.

Our business had a pipe burst in the basement due to a frozen pipe causing water to pour in in multiple places along the piping. Marco and Joe were quick to respond and assured us everything would be taken care of that evening. Steven's team came back the next day to do some major heavy lifting for us to rip out carpet and elevate very, very heavy fire proof file cabinets. Shelby was very friendly in her visit as well. All of this goes to say it starts from the top - Adam is doing an incredible job leading a hardworking, dependable team here in the Sioux Falls area! Keep up the great work!

It's been almost 4 years since a fire in our home.
The company needs to stay in cleanup and then walk away. The construction quality has proven itself to be very bad quality and we have spent money out of our own pocket to fix.Need to vacuum basement weekly to pickup sandblasting that keeps falling out of ceiling.
Venting in attic area blocked (became a sauna)and water build up dripping from upstairs bedroom. Paid to fix myself so they didn't send some other unqualified person over to fix. New flooring in kitchen popped up and trim work horrible. Not a good experience

Mason came and cleaned out the duct work in my house. We had never had this service before, so didn't know what to expect, but he did a great job, even though my dog was trying to convince him that fetch was a far more important use of his time.

This company came recommended by another company. They were running behind my scheduled appointment time, and the office called me to let me know. Unfortunately I was unavailable at the later time, but let them enter my house when no one was home. Marco and Mason called me to keep me updated and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend these two!

The team over at ServPro, especially Mr. Baker, knows what their doing and what their talking about. I've seen much of their work, and it's a lot of hard dirty work that takes alot of effort and care to get done the right way. No one wants mold coming back, or another fire, and if that's the case, these are the guys to hire.
