Unfortunately I had to deal with a leak on my roof causing interior damage. My experience with Servpro, workers Mike and Larry, was very satisfying and their attitude was exceptional . They were professional and cordial and respectful at all times. The project was completed with all aspects of the work to my complete satisfaction.

Servpro was hired Derek and the crew came out in a jiffy mitigated the problem that was extremely hard and challenging to get to in order to fix problem of the excessive amount of water accumulation in the crawl which has been resolved and the crawl is dry with no issues as of now

Our basement flooded and they were here in a matter of no time. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with during a stressful time. They came and evaluated the situation and gave us recommendations. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers and things were dried and cleaned up in a matter of no time.

Well, here I am again 3 months later. My finished basement flooded back in the summer. House is a new build (w/a new sump pump), The pump continued to work after, so we figured the float switch got hung up. Nope. 2 months later & the switch failed….again…. Ughhhhh! Couldn’t believe I had to call Derrek at Servpro again! At least this time I had the extra coverage on my insurance, but still what a headache. Just like last time they were out within the hour. The crew got to work & took care of everything…. even scheduled a very qualified plumber who installed 2 separate sump pumps, so the odds of my basement ever flooding again would be slim. Derrek and his crew are top notch. They are hard workers who work quickly & efficiently and always get right back to you. If I could give them 10 stars I would, you don’t find service like this anymore. This is only the 3rd review I’ve ever written in my life, but these guys have earned it. Thank you guys for getting my house back together before the holidays!

I had a small flood from a failed water line to my fridge. Servpro was the recommended company from my insurance provider. They really exceeded expectations! The communication was great, the work was quality and they are just kind people in general. Thanks Servpro!

We had a water leak in our basement bathroom that required a complete deconstruction to fix. Servpro came in to put our bathroom back together and, with their consultation, we also ended up remodeling the bathroom and surrounding area. We couldn't be happier with the results! The team was so professional and helpful to work with, and they were able to solve all the crazy challenges they discovered in our old house. Scott was incredibly kind and really wanted to do the job right. Derrick also went out of his way to support us through the insurance claim process and answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

On a Friday afternoon my toilet was leaking on the 2nd floor and flooded my kitchen and went through my ceiling. When my insurance company called Servopro that afternoon, they called and people came out that day and took care of everything and explained what they would be doing and professional. They kept me informed and I felt comfortable with them in my home. My bathroom and kitchen looks wonderful. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Awesome service! Derrick and Dan came right out, assessed the situation, and started immediately to fix it. They were here every day, either working or checking in with me. Derrick went above and beyond to make sure everything was done smoothly, correctly, and answer any concerns I had - even helping pick out the flooring. If something wasn’t quite the way he thought it should be, he fixed it. And it really is as if it never happened!

Very friendly and professional! ServPro was very thorough in making sure the water was drying up in our crawl space and on our floors after our water line leading into our dishwasher cracked and flooded our whole kitchen. We had several fans in our crawl and two dehumidifiers placed strategically. ServPro checked our humidity and moisture levels several times throughout the mitigation process. We’re ready to start our reconstruction now. We highly recommend ServPro of Marine City/Romeo!

The communication was absolutely incredible. When they said they were coming that they were here. Any extra things I added they finish them. Extremely personal and friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I had to contact them several times for different questions and they always got back with me right away with my answers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

This picture was my basement at 7:45 am on June 26.

3 and a half feet of water backed up from the drains, filling the finished half of my basement and utterly wrecking the storage space in the other half. I could cart stuff from the basement to the curb, but the wood paneling was destroyed and I was afraid I'd lose the mid-century bar to mold and rot. Since my power tools were also inundated, I couldn't even start the demo on the wood myself.

Fortunately, Rob and his team could. Despite the enormous volume of requests that came flooding in (pardon my wording), they found time to fit me into their overloaded schedule. They removed the wood paneling, helped cart stuff to the curb, set up dehumidifiers and fans, and did their level best to make sure mold and rot wouldn't encroach on anything that survived.

The basement is bare now, but it's no longer a disaster. Best of all, they managed to save the bar.

Would I recommend them? Hell yeah. If/when we flood again, they'll be my first call.

Rob from ServePro in Marine City couldn't have been more helpful. Had what I thought was a disaster of a leak underneath my house, but Rob assessed the situation and put my worries at ease. Instead of taking my $$$ he thought it would be simple job and told me how to clean up the mess and keep my crawl space dry and mold free. I highly recommend Rob and his crew.
