I'll start by saying that I haven't actually USED SERVPRO (yet). However, the value a customer receives from a company that is honest, fair, and responsive is invaluable. And Russ at Sevpro was all of this and more!

I have mold in my garage. Russ looked at a picture I took and advised me to try a few things to inspect to see if the mold was just on the surface from high humidity, or if it was from another source, like water damage. He even gave me recommendations for reliable professionals who could help me with the process.

Hopefully, the mold is just a surface problem, but if it's not, I will definitely be calling Russ back!

Russ Cram and his team were extremely helpful in getting my basement cleared out after a flood. His team was fast and responsive, always available, and professional. Russ always took my call and explained how the remediation process works. If I ever have an issue again, I will be calling him!

After a sprinkler pipe burst on Christmas Day, I reached out to the Orange ServPro office and Russ answered the phone!! On Christmas Day! They were onsite within an hour, took hundreds of pictures and stayed in constant communication with me. His crew worked hard to lessen what could have been so much worse. Russ and his crew are amazing! We own a high end hotel which suffered a burst pipe flooding 5 of our guest rooms. With only a few days to get 4 rooms back in shape (the 5th was shot) so that we could accommodate hotel guests, Russ and his crew came within hours and rescued us!

Called with water damage which cause my ceiling to collapse. Needless to say I was emotional. 'Russ' was very patient and kind. Told me when to expect them and they were 2 HOURS early!!!! Who does that? And the actual guy I talked to, 'Russ' was one of the ones who came to my home! They assessed everything, told me how they were going to resolve my issues and went to work. I wanted something specific done and was told it wasn't necessary because their solution would take care of it. BUT while in the kitchen, I heard Russ tell Chris what my concern was and if he didn't mind doing that for me. NEVER have I had a professional company care what I wanted and did it anyway. Then as they left they were cleaning and sweeping and tidying. It was an amazing experience. If you have a disaster CALL THEM!!!

Although my insurance company was rude, and unprofessional towards the SERVPRO Supervisor, him and his team provided top notch service. They arrived on time, and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The best experience ever! Russ took my call at night in a manic about a sewage spill over into my office(due to poor management from the property manager) and he said we will take care of you first thing in the morning. The next day he was out here with his crew of people and they had it all cleaned! Amazing customer service and employees!

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with this business. I routinely use them for carpet cleaning. They are always prompt, efficient, and courteous. They go above and beyond with their work and handle my home with the utmost care. They have also helped out with disinfecting my home to protect against COVID which has provided a huge peace of mind for my family. We have also used them when we had some concerns about mold in our home until it could be repaired. While they are in the home, they will let us know if they see anything of concern and if it is not something they can remedy, they have made great referrals for those who can. I just cannot say enough about what a good job they do.

There have been several times we have needed emergency services, and Russ and his crew have always made it happen without the quality of service being interfered with! I truly can not express my gratitude enough!!

My home burned down to the foundation and almost nothing was salvageable. Serv Pro was contacted by the Insurance company to catalog and remove the contents. In leading up to the actual removal, Serv Pro was in contact with me so I knew what and when actions would occur. I was unable to be at the property any of the days they were working site. However, I was quite pleased to see the driveway and lawn were in great condition. My expectation was for some wear and rear but obvious care was taken to not damage the lot. The actual clean up was nothing short of miraculous. There was quite a bit of contents in the basement but it was all removed and ready for demo. In addition, I received a listing with pictures and documentation of what was removed. The service was thorough, professional, and timely, cant say enough. The icing on the cake however was the crew saving our family pictures. There were quite a few and it met a lot they took the time to set them aside for us. HUGE thanks to Russ and his entire team.

Called Rus regarding COVID remediation after two of our employees came down with the virus. His quick response to work this into their schedule was very helpful to the rest of our crew that were concerned about possible spread. We called late on a Saturday night for a potential mold situation. They answered right away and gave us all the advice we needed to get us through until they came first thing Monday morning - we didn’t need their emergency services. Andy and Chris were great to work with; they were polite, respectful to our home and explained everything as they investigated and setup their equipment.

On August 24th my ceiling fell dumping over a foot of insulation down on my large family room floor. I was devastated. Russ came right away and coordinated with the contractor for repair and the dry cleaner for every textile in the house. He took all the worry off of my hands. His crew cleaned every inch of my house because the dust settled everywhere on everything. He did a partial pack out and my house was emptied. I had just moved back into my empty house and he brought all the big pieces so I could live there. My husband died after a long illness and Russ and his crew brought the rest of my things back and stayed and emptied boxes. The crew was amazing. I have never seen such an efficiently run crew. They were most respectful and kind. They even brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Russ did what he said he would do... removed the stress off of me and delivered all that he promised and more. I was back in my repaired house in 30 days. I love this company. I can’t stress enough the professionalism and kindness shown me.

Personable and professional staff from the owner on down. The owner made an on site visit to ensure our satisfaction and the crew supervisor went above and beyond to ensure all details were done with care. They explained the process, answered our questions, and were very thorough. Stellar job! The night my husband came home from a major surgery with complications we had a wood fire next to our wood stove. Our family was extremely stressed and Russ was amazing. He came right away and worked with us on what we need to do for the smoke damage. He and his wife Sherry were patient and very knowledgeable. Their team did a great job cleaning up the smoke damage. On 9/19/2019 my wife and suffered a grease fire while cooking and suffered some fire damage in the kitchen and smoke and fire extinguisher damage throughout the rest of the house. My first call was to Serve Pro corporate who then connected me to the Louisa, Orange , Green and Rappahanock office. The crew that arrived for the initial meeting was Ana, Luis, and Chris and we immediately felt like family members had showed up to help. After diagnosing the situation it was determined that the entire house was going to have to be emptied and cleaned and then returned, called a " pack out ". We were very impressed with the way that everything was explained step by step and the reasons things were done ie cleaning all the clothes to cleaning the duct work. They were there when they said they were going to be there and if they had emergencies to tend to and to pull away for a day they called and made sure it was okay. I could continue on but the bottom line is we would recommend them to anybody. I cannot leave out Kaitlyn who joined the process a day after it started.
