Very good crew to work with kept us informed saved us some money as well, Chad and his crew were the ones that handled our job and did great

We had a surprise leak come from our refrigerator at our rental property late in the evening. Servpro was there that night to handle it. They helped us through the insurance process and reconstruction process. Servpro made everything very easy and we have enjoyed our experience.

Chad, the Project Manager for reconstruction, has been very helpful and transparent. We would definitely use them again!

We had a range fire and the fire department used the chemical method to put it out. My home owners insurance recommended ServPro as the contractor to do the necessary work to restore the kitchen. ServPro sent a team to clean the kitchen. They didn't do the best job. One of the problems is I had to clean the wall tiles again as there was still black on them.
A claim handler from my home insurance came in and evaluated the damage.
Chad, helpful throughout the project, from ServPro came in and reviewed what they would be doing. Chad told me I could contact him 24/7 with questions and/or problems. He ordered the replacement window for the kitchen.
Chad sent Midwest Duct to clean the air ducts. They only went in the basement and cleaned the air ducts. I ended up vacuuming out the air ducts in the kitchen.
Chad sent The Wall Doctors, arrived an hour late, to seal and paint the kitchen and sun room ceilings and walls. He only sealed the areas that were patched and the area that was black from the fire. He did paint the ceilings and walls. He completed everything in one day.
Chad contacted me to let me know the window came in and we set up a time for him to come install it. He came back the next day to finish the framework. When he was done with the framework, he said the painter, The Wall Doctors, would come that day to stain the framework and paint the area around the window outside.
The painter showed up late in the day. He took samples to match the stain and paint. Since it was Friday and getting late, he asked if he could return on Monday at 9:00. He didn't show up Monday at 9:00. I finally contacted Chad at noon and asked if the painter was still coming. He contacted the painter and got back to me to let me know the painter got tied up in Omaha. Chad asked if the painter could come the next day. I told Chad that would work. The painter finally showed up around noon Tuesday. He worked on the framework and outside of the window and said he would be back. He said the paint for the outside didn't quite match. He left for a couple of hours. He returned with another person and they finished the job.
I would not recommend hiring ServPro's cleaning crew, Midwest Duct, or The Wall Doctors.
This was a new and different experience for me. I didn't know what to expect. It wasn't a totally bad experience but I think things could have been better.

Servpro helped us after a small flood. They were quick, easy to communicate with and patient. They helped us coordinate with insurance and were very attentive to our requests. ServPro of Lincoln saved our basement. Our sump pump recently gave out (right after a rain storm, of course) and our basement became a wet mess. Trish, Ray, and Katelyn were here that same day to start mitigating the damage. After a couple of days with fans and dehumidifiers in place, we were ready to start reconstruction. Chad and his team (Jose, et al) did a flawless job. Then Trish and her team came back to do a thorough carpet cleaning and to help us put everything back in place.

I’m new to the rental game, and a week before my first tenants were moving in a faucet corroded. Servpro came out immediately, and got the place back to looking like new.

When our water pipe burst and left a big mess, Serve Pro served me well. There was some confusion with our insurance company, but they listened and helped get us back on track. Very good work was done!

This was not the first time ServPro did work for us. It’s been a great experience both for personal and business services. Chad was great to work with!

We have used Servpro on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, this will be the last time and will look for other disaster recovery services if we ever need in the future (hopefully not!) Our dishwasher leaked and came up through our kitchen floor and also leaked into our laundry room in the basement. The initial response was great, but it went downhill from there. We used Servpro for the reconstruction. Our first contact with Servpro was in August and the project did not get finished until FEBRAURY!!! We had to ask them to come back for all work except for the flooring which was contracted out. Torn out materials were left in our garage. The dishwasher was installed incorrectly and had to be looked at 2x to get it right. The old dishwasher was not taken away as promised. Very poor communication from our project manager. We ended up have a second project manager finish up. The general manager was pleasant but did not follow through with what he said he would do either. We were just done at that point. The only saving grace is they did give us a discount.

Came home to water running down the wall from upstairs bath. Damaged drywall, carpet, baseboards. ServePro had fans and dehumidifiers on it within a few hours - late at night and didn't leave until we felt as comfortable as they could help us to be. After 4 days of drying out, Chad from the restoration side of things was on top of scheduling demo, drywall, then trim carpentry, paint, etc. Chad scheduled it all and worked with our home owners insurance adjuster to get things approved/covered. Some of the subcontracting (not Chad) had to come back to redo some work but all I had to do was tell Chad and he took care of it. You can tell Servepro cares and their people understand that cases like ours was unplanned and stressful. They took as much worry out of the equation for us as they could. Thanks, guys!

ServePro did an excellent job on our recent basement water line break. Quickly showed up to start the water damage mitigation. Also, their estimate for reconstruction was nearly identical to the insurance company estimate, prior to the insurance company estimate being available. Chad was the project manager and was prompt, courteous, and was very informative about every stage of the project. Willing to come on-site as needed to explain the process and procedures. All of this while we were out of town and working around other logistic obstacles. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with a similar need.

Our rental property in Lincoln Nebraska had a 4” plumbing line that broke and backed up into the basement bathroom. Problem is we live in Texas so you’re hesitant on who is going to repair something when you’re so far away. I immediately called ServPro that was referred to me by my tenant. Chad Landretti was the construction manager and he was absolutely the best you could hope for on a crappy situation like this. Chad immediately made us feel at ease being so far away. Chad and his crew did an amazing job and Chad followed through on every job that needed to be done with excellent communication skills. We had the opportunity to work with construction manager Chad Landretti from October 2024 until the first week of January. Our issue was related to basement flooding and master bathroom flooding.

Chad was very professional and courteous and easy to reach, practically on call for us and felt very much like we were the only customers he had!.
He gave us timely feedback and planned everything so we knew what to expect. He worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure things were accounted for in a timely fashion.
Chad is an honest man and We will miss talking to him about the Steelers losing season once again HAHA !

What an amazing, positive, experience that started out with a disaster. Our first floor laundry sink overflowed and flooded our floor and finished basement ceiling. This happened on a Saturday morning. I called Servpro and they were out within a few hours to start water remediation. I can’t speak highly enough about the work they did. They setup all the equipment needed to remove the water. Brandon was our main point of contact on the remediation and he did an amazing job leading the efforts and communicating with me throughout the process. Chad was our contact on the repairs and he was great as well - communicating effectively through the whole process The repair team does awesome work! You can’t even tell there was any sort of issue! I usually never leave reviews good or bad, but I feel like I have to say something here. I really don't have any words to describe my experience with ServePro. The best I have ever had is an understatement. I had a pipe crack and flooded my basement on a Sunday. They were there within an hour of me calling them to get everything set up and dried out. Then after the initial cleanup, I was referred to their contractor Tom. This guy is unbelievable! He went above and beyond what I would ever expect any company to do. Insurance has been tough to get approved for repairs that are needed and Tom is STILL helping me. I can't explain my gratitude for how this company and Tom have treated me throughout this process. I would recommend Tom and ServePro 100 times over to anyone in need of their services.

With the extreme drop in temp that we got, humidity got up into my attic and frosted over. Started to melt and leaked through the ceiling. Called ServPro and had someone come out within the week. It wasn’t to the level that needed to be treated instantly so they monitored it. Came out on THREE separate occasions! Super impressed. They could have easily said “let’s do some work”and charged me for unless service but didn’t and did what was in my best interest. Everything dried up and nothing was needed to be done. Everyone at ServPro did a wonderful job. Trish was a rockstar and even took a phone call when she was out on leave for surgery!

We had a catastrophic freeze with rupture of all the radiators in our home, related to failure of a boiler while we were away from our home. We contacted ServPro of West Lincoln and could not have been more impressed. They were busy but got back to us on the same day and made arrangements to be at the house the next morning first thing. Zach knew exactly what her was talking about and clearly was a professional. He knew our insurance adjustor personally and contacted her and our plumbers whenever he needed to. We really had complete peace of mind once we saw how competent things were being run. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the future.

ServPro demonstrated an impressive response time to my unfortunate water loss claim that took place after normal business hours. The mitigation staff were knowledgeable, careful as they moved about the home, and respectful enough to involve me in the dry out process, explaining each step. Each contact was timely throughout the dry out process.
Hopefully I won’t need their services in the future but would not hesitate to use ServPro again if needed.

Trish and her team worked diligently and dealt with the issues at hand in an efficient manner. My nickel and dime builder wasn't the easiest customer to be present during work, but the servpro team remained professional. Trish is very easy to work with over the phone and is patient throughout the process. I highly recommend Servpro.

My home caught fire in May 2023. Before the flames were even extinguished, Toby from Servpro was standing on my lawn, trying to market to me. I asked him if he was trying to sell to me while my home was literally on fire and told him to leave immediately. He smiled and laughed and had to be told to leave the property multiple times. This is an insane way to conduct business - I was standing there unsure if I still had a home, unsure if my pets were safe, and I was having to deal with pushy salesmen who show up based on scanner reports. I would never work with Servpro based on Toby’s behavior alone, and if I was a business owner I would be ashamed to have someone with such a lack of empathy representing my business.

The team responded quickly after our call and took over the necessary mitigation immediately. They kept us fully informed and even left the fans and dehumidifiers over the weekend without cost. We appreciated their professionalism and know-how.

I had a connection to a pipe in my wall come loose & ended up with water everywhere - They were contacted & arrived promptly and went straight to work getting the dryers set up & inspection completed to make sure nothing was missed anywhere. I had Harrison & Aaron that came to my house. I was so impressed with their courtesy, kindness, respect & willingness to help wherever needed. Harrison went above & beyond to help me move an object that I was unable to do on my own & he did it with a smile & a positive attitude. His work ethic was very strong & their professionalism was much appreciated in a stressful situation. They maintained excellent communication over the next couple of days following up with assessing how everything was drying. I highly recommend this company!!
