Excellent service from greater Sussex County. My house was devastated by water due to leak from toilet.They came very next day morning, after call received from my insurance , They open the place where damaged by water frank, geo, Hugo, and Daniel was very professional and hardworking in their field, these guys cleaning out closets, and ultimately gutting managed the process beautifully. They removed all the ruined materials, swept everything they worked on, and were helpful. But sorry to say I am not satisfied from their office nominated representative.

Excellent! Efficient! Effective!! I had a leak and my insurance company recommended them. The Project Manager Daniel came by the same day and took the details. The next morning a team of 6 (Tyler J, Franco, Sebastian, Janel, Amilcar, and Danillo) showed up in 2 trucks ready to do demo! They were extremely professional and made sure all our personal belongings were moved carefully or protected. They removed all the sheet rock and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They cleaned up and left no speck of dust!! Highly recommend and appreciated!!

Jose, Tyler, Franco, and Sebastian were so lovely and incredibly helpful after our washing machine literally exploded (yup)!! So appreciated how efficient and great they were.

Highly recommend this company. Our basement flooded and they handled everything for us. Removed everything that was damaged, used fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold, and redid everything. Mireilly worked with our insurance company to get us the most she possibly could and we ended up paying a small amount out of pocket because we replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring. Overall great experience with SERVPRO. They are great people and I plan to use them again in the future for renovations.

I was greatly satisfied with our crew (Frank/Hugo/Geo), who came by to do work related to a flood we had. They worked hard, were very courteous and paid special attention to keeping everything kid-safe, which was very much appreciated.

Had some water in my basement after an issue with my washer. Tyler, Franco and Sebastian did an amazing job remediating anything that needed to be removed. Janel, Amilcar and Geo were great. They arrived and got straight to work hauling out our water damaged items including a refrigerator and a wall sized DVD holder. They removed all the damaged molding, doors and moved the furniture so they had room to work to cut the water damaged wallboard and insulation. Then they put in the machines to dry out the basement. All this was accomplished in one day. Janel and his team were very professional and answered all our questions very politely.

When I called in a panic, I was reassured everything was going to be ok. Janele, Geo, and Amilcar showed up and confirmed it was. They were here with in an hour and explained everything that they would be doing. They were very professional and extremely neat. I would highly recommend Servepro of Sussex County.
After the initial clean up was completed Robert and his crew showed up and turn my place back to a home. They were professional and polite, got the job done in the time frame they said they would. There was not alot of noise which is great when you work from home. You couldn't tell anything ever happened.

When we returned home from vacation we discovered that we had had a water leak, emanating from our kitchen faucet, that soaked down through the kitchen cabinets into the finished basement below. Amilcar, Gro, and Janel were great. They were nice and great at there job. Very knowledgeable about what they had to do. The whole servpro experience has been great. Less then 24 hour turn around time.

Did a great job with our flood. Went out of their way to work with our insurance company to get everything done, from water mitigation, to reconstruction. The reconstruction crew were flexible with our work schedule. Would highly recommend them.

The teams from Ryan and Justin did an outstanding job to clean and remove mold and damaged flooring in our kitchen after the patio door was leaking rain water under the floor. After cleaning, drying and mold remediation they replaced the door , the damaged subfloor and the flooring and baseboard . What struck me most was the communication and follow up from both managers when small problems arised.

i was very satisfied with the prompt response of Luis and his crew Franco and Sebastian. They did a great job of setting up equipment to dry out our entire downstairs and went out of their way to make it safe for my mother to come and go despite the equipment.

We used servpro of greater Sussex for both mitigation of a pipe leak & for restorative services. Justin Jacobus was the project manager . He was understanding of our situation & made all attempts at mitigating ( loss of heat & water damage) & was able to work with the insurance company on our behalf. The restoration included new carpeting provided through RC &R Design. This company provided us with the carpet we were seeking at a reasonable price. Their installers were courteous, efficient , professionals who did an excellent job . All in all, Servpro helped my family get through a difficult time. Thank you Justin & the entire Servpro team.

We had an unexpected pipe burst that caused major water damage to our basement. A ceiling was damaged, bedding soaked and rugs saturated. Servpro arrived with in 30 minutes of the insurance company calling them. They were extremely professional, immediately set up water mitigation materials and disposed of the damaged good. They assessed our issues and clearly advised the next steps. Ryan and his team (Adam, Franco, and Sebastian) were incredibly thorough and professional. They walked me through the process of remediation after a water heater leak flooded my basement, and worked diligently to get everything cleaned up. They were respectful of my space and very careful when moving things that needed to be moved. Not that I want to deal with a flood again, but I’d welcome this crew again in a heartbeat!

Justin and his team did a rebuild from a leak in one of our communities. I had reached out when I felt the work was not fully completed and he met me on site, gave me multiple options on making the space look finished and made sure that I was happy with the results when the work was completed. Carl went above, over and beyond throughout the entire mitigation process which alleviated any worries or concerns we had. Carl is very professional, accommodating and thorough. He is also a very kind and compassionate person. He took great care to protect our property and even washed our floors and vacuumed our carpet in other areas. Absolutely wonderful experience working with Servrpro of Northern Sussex County! We had an emergency water damage/flooding in our kitchen and basement and came to help us same day within 2 hours of our call to cleanup and dry out the damage. We also used them for our remodeling and I couldn't have done it without Carrie the office manager! She went above and beyond helping us deal with our insurance company, scheduling the work and contractors and helping keep me some sanity throughout a long process. And the results were fabulous! Joey did a beautiful job redoing our kitchen floor and renovating our basement. I will reccomend Servpro to anyone that will listen and use them in the future if we need them!

We discovered a water leak come through the ceiling of my daughter's bedroom late one night. Our insurance company contacted ServPro and there was someone onsite at our home first thing the next morning to start the drying process. They were a pleasure to work with, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were very pleased with their work!

ServPro was has been the most reliable and professional company I have ever used for my home. When a pipe burst on a Sunday in the middle of winter they had a team at my house in a couple hours cleaning everything up when no other company was open or available. They had powerful fans and other powerful tools that dried out the whole house. The team was incredibly efficient and came back every few days to check and make sure no water was left in the walls or under any floors.
After trying to get quotes from several other companies for the restoration and getting multiple no-shows or people not calling me back, I decided to hire ServPro to to do the renovation as well. They were always quick to call/email me back, answer any questions, and made several revisions to our quote until we were completely satisfied with everything. Prices were also very fair. As for the renovation itself, the team did incredible work, was very thorough, and detail oriented- you can't get better than that when it comes to construction. They didn't cut any corners and actually did more work than was originally quoted just to make sure all the construction matched; without charging me more. I loved that from the pipe bursting to the reconstruction, I was dealing with the same people who got to know me and my house very well. It made me feel good that my house was in good hands. Any questions I had, I could always call their receptionist who was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has an emergency!

Carri and her team of heroes really came through when we needed them the most. What should have been a relatively quick job was complicated by external circumstances and ended up dragging on for 39 days. Servpro were professional, courteous, and really advocated for us to the multiple insurance companies that were involved. They never once complained about how long our job ended up taking, and they never made us feel like we were to blame. I'm confident that had the external circumstances not been there, this would have been an extremely fast cleanup.

At the end of their work, they made sure to shampoo and clean our carpets where they had walked (I caught one of the workers on their hands and knees trying to address a spot), and they were able to match the existing paint on our ceiling and walls so we didn't have to wait for them to repaint our entire open floor plan.

While I hope I never need to use them again, I'd recommend this business in a heartbeat.

There was mold in the attic of a house my husband and I recently bought. ServPro was great about coming out to take a look at it, and gave us suggestions that saved us tons of money! They gave us a much better quote than some of the other companies around! They had came back out to re-mediate the mold and it literally did not take them long at all!!

I had water damage from a roof leak and ServPro was fantastic from start to finish. They provided a very fair estimate, and stuck to their timetable. Everything is fixed perfectly and they left my house spotless.
