We were very pleased with the service that was provided to us by Chris. We had multiple visits by Chris and each time he listened to our concerns and addressed them thoroughly. He is certainly a great representative and a very valuable asset to the company.

Tom and Devin arrived at the agreed time and proceeded to work immediately. They explained all they were doing and worked very neatly and safely. They took great care of my furniture and home. Very respectful gentleman.

Chris and Tim did a great job. They were fast, friendly, and professional, and came out in the middle of the night to help us with our emergency. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does we know who to call. Thanks!

Romeo did the best job at assessing and containing a water damage issue..he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what was going on and made my life so much easier knowing that he had it all under control. Our family needed some help with a flooded bathroom and Servpro came to the rescue. They had a crew out immediately to diagnose the problem and got to work right away. Thanks to the folks at Servpro for handling the mess in what was an extremely stressful situation. I had 2 small hot water copper pipes break, low in the walls, and soak the floors one side of the house. Not knowing who to called, I called SERVPRO. They were the only ones who would come to my home immediately. When Gilbert Marcial arrived he told what would happen to correct this damage, and reassured me of their ability to find the leaks & fix my home. He has informed me of everything that was happening. He is an excellent communicator, and managed the first part of my job very well. He is very calming, which helped me not to panic & remain calm. Gilbert is an excellent representative for your Company.

Romeo,Gilbert and Isreal responded to an emergency call and was promt,got my house dry and extracted water.But above all they were professional and courteous.

Serve Pro. My heroes! My home in Palm Coast recently flooded due to a failed toilet tank part. Sounds small but the damage was HUGE! When I discovered the flood, Serve Pro was my second call (after my plumber but before my husband!). They were there in 30 minutes and went to work. A week later my house was completely dry and, except for all the missing flooring, "like it never even happened." All the guys were great–efficient, empathetic, professional, polite and kind, complete with hugs! Special shout out to Israel and Romeo, the final team to check moisture and remove giant dehumidifiers. Highly recommend Serve Pro!!!

I called Servpro when my washer malfunctioned to make sure no water remained in my home. They came out so quickly, even responding the same day. They explained everything to me and answered all of my question. TJ and Harley were two of my team members who did as outstanding job. They reassured me that everything was going to be OK. I highly recommend Servpro!

We had water intrusion due to a window leak issue. They did a great job identifying where the water had penetrated and completely remediated the problem. All personal were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

THEY STOLE FROM US! This ServePro in St. Augustine is very poor. They were terrible with communication and took an extremely long time to finish. Then charged our insurance company an exuberant amount. We had a fire in our home and needed remediation services. They remove all damaged material and remove the smoke from the house. Doing this includes removing all items in the home to Pods while they are cleaned. Truthfully, Kenny the lead, started off great. And then his crew fell apart. They stopped showing up and poorly responded. I have spoken to Stacy (no longer there) and Tammy who keeps saying she will get back by the end of the day, yet never does. We trust companies like this to help us especially in these great times of need. Well, upon returning our home goods and items, they have stolen a box of watches, an entire rolling tool cart, personal items from my wife and I, and even worse a child’s wallet with money in it among other items. Upon bringing our items back into the house, they had not cleaned many of the items as they were supposed to do prior to putting them into the Pods. Which resulted in bringing fire soot back into our house. They NEVER cleaned our couches not to mention put black soot hand and foot prints on them while carrying them. We had to pay someone else to do this. They even put dirty dishes with fire soot back into the cabinets. Oddly, they took a few cushion covers from the couch (not even half of them) yet, have not been returned to us so we do not have a full couch. We have lost additional items due to them being put into storage Pods with soot on them resulting in them being ruined.
We are doing what we can to avoid legal action, yet they make it difficult with their lack of care and response. Terrible company and you should in no way put your trust in them.

Servpro really completed and took care of the job I had at my rental property. I had a water related mold issue and they brought their team over including a manager to inspect the job and repair everything. Working with Michelle, Stacey, and Tara on the phone really made everything go very smooth and easy. the price was the best I found around the area. Very good people.

MJ and Jim were great. They put us at ease, were very compassionate. We had them clean the whole house due to construction. There was dust on everything. They reassured us that everything would be taken care of. These two men saved our sanity. A great job all around from two wonderful men.

Jacob, Darien and Corbin did an excellent job. They explained everything as they worked throughout the day. They were very helpful and professional.

Mike was extremely helpful in providing guidance on my mold problem all the way in Boston. He provided exceptional feedback in a timely manner and really helped me understand the problem. I will definitely be going back to Mike the next time a similar situation pops up.

Very quick respond. The staff is very friedly and very detail-oriented. They answer all my question and explain everything step by step.

Servpro explained the entire process from what was going to happen during remediation to a step by step reconstruction process. When running into an emergency or inconvenience I can't picture a better group people to work with.

We used Servpro for water intrusion issue we had. They cleaned up the water put a couple blowers down but didn't have a humidifier available till the next day. Came the next day hooked up the humidifier and said everything should be good tomorrow and will pick up everything in the morning. We unplugged everything and had everything ready for them to pick up in the morning like they said they would. They didn't come to pick up the stuff until the following day and charged us for a whole day for it just sitting there. Never again will we use them.

The work they did was fair. Not great, but just barely acceptable. They did not follow the protocols they were given on many occasions and had to come back no less then 6 times to fix shortcuts and mistakes they made.

Then the billing....this is where everything came off the tracks. They apparently have employees who have zero concept of how to properly bill the insurance company. After 2 months of back and forth, I had to do thier job and help them thru the process of getting the money from the insurance company. What was the cause of all this? The lady in servpro billing never called the insurance company like she was supposed to.

There are many companies in this area who do a much better job I will use moving forward.

For anyone who ever has mold damage to the point they are considering tearing down their house, I would like to suggest a consultation with these guys first. They saved me a fortune. Great job Servpro.

As a new homeowner, I was more than overwhelmed when I learned I had a leak in my kitchen wall. Paul, Eddie, Ruen and the rest of the team have gone above the call of duty, and continue to do so.
They put all of my fears at ease from the second they came in my home. Always arrived on time when I had to run and meet them from my job,and gave me daily updates of the progress in my kitchen, through phone calls AND emails when I couldn't be there.They all even loved my annoying cat! The whole team genuinely care about the customer and their situation.
I would recommend them to anyone in a second and will not hesitate to reach out if I ever need them again.

I was upset and hysterical and I am in animal rescue So I was really worried about my cats and dogs too...but panicking about all the books and photos stuff still on floor in boxes everywhere. Isaac was our first responder. Poor guy walks into a totally insane situation and words cannot express my gratitude and what a perfect attitude of patience and humor and professionalism.
