The Mitigation Team was excellent! I had a frozen pipe with major flooding through half of my house. They responded quickly and a great job. Everyone was helpful but three people stand out. Jessica, Jason and Donna. Jessica is very good at managing people and logistics and equipment. She is a clear and timely communicator and very pleasant to deal with. My floors took extra time to dry and she was helpful and informative throughout. Jason did the bulk of the cleanup process and used his ingenuity and creativity to solve some unusual drying problems. Donna is already famous for being a GREAT packer and left me boxes with very easy to understand labels. I enjoyed working with all of them.

I will review the Reconstruction Team when that work is complete

Sonya is a really good supervisor who explained the process and made sure that all of the work went as planned. They removed tiles that had been soiled by the septic overflow, made sure that the area under the tiles was clean and level, checked the whole area for moisture, removed the wall board that was wet and made sure that all of the area was clean and safe before they left. All of the workers were polite and efficient, and I will certainly recommend your company again to friends if they have a need for this kind of work.

We had some water damage in a bathroom caused by a leaking toilet bowl. We used Servpro in Sequim for the remediation work. Jordan was the lead on the work. She was punctual, reliable, knowledgable and very professional, qualities that cannot be taken for granted in any line of business. The remediation was successful in drying the floor and in preventing further damage. We were very satisfied with the work.

Servpro did an excellent job with deep cleaning a mobile home which had

We had Serve Pro of Clallam County inspect our bathroom for mold. They also checked the surrounding rooms for good measure. They scheduled a time that worked for us and came back later. They pulled up our flooring, removed our toilet for us and then got to work taking care of our mold problem in the floor and surrounding drywall. They were very personable, professional and thorough. They brought us into the space to see the damage and walked us through their process for taking care of the mold. Jordan and Sonja were wonderful and answered all our questions and set our minds at ease throughout the whole process.

Joe was my first contact at ServPro, and he was very professional and explained the process very clearly. He and Sonya came promptly, were very thorough, and scheduled a time to get started. So far I am very impressed and grateful for what the folks at this franchise have done for us.

We had a pipe burst over the winter and didn't know it until my son tried to wash the cars the following summer and all of a sudden we had water flooding into the garage and master bedroom, saturating the carpet and wall. Servpro and Danny's team got someone out to us immediately, stopped the water and got fans drying everything right away. They did a restoration that can only be considered true art. Down to even matching the texture of the wall they had to replace in the bedroom and the paint. They honestly made our home look even better than new and we are very grateful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Following the discovery of a water leak within the walls of our home we contacted Servpro of Clallam County. Their representatives, Jessica and Demiya, were very, responsible, efficient and pleasant to work with as they kept us updated through the entire project. We would highly recommend them for this type of project.

It took a while to connect, but when it was finally all sorted job was done and done well, good team of guys to do a dirty job.

My recent experience with ServPro of Clallam and Jefferson County has been totally positive. From the prompt response to my initial call, to the beginning of mitigation to the completion of the job, I was pleased with the professional level of interaction. I was away during the reconstruction process and when I returned, there was no evidence that there had been a problem. The new owners (as of 2/2019) of this franchise seem to have much improved the quality of service offered.

It is always a pleasure working with this fine franchise and their employees. They are polite, punctual and professional. Will definitely call for any future water or fire mitigation needs.

They charge $350 for an estimate, which they apply to the cleanup, if you hire them. They gave us an estimate that seemed steep, but we accepted so as not to lose the estimate fee. We waited a week for a technician, and when they showed up, they claimed the damage was worse than during estimate. Impossible, as our plumber capped off that end of the house and turned off water. Tried to put us off another week and increase price of cleanup. Use another mitigation company. I seriously question the ethics and integrity of this franchise.
