It's a shame as I would have hired this company, however they never ONCE reached out to me.

Exceptional Service Merli was an amazing help throughout the whole process, she’s extremely knowledgeable and explained step by step the entire process which left me at ease 10/10!!! They definitely have the right person doing the job Merli is phenomenal!

I was so impressed by the responsiveness and overall customer service of Merli and the team. I called a while ago about some water damage on my ceiling caused by a water heater leak. I was confused on the process of how water mitigation worked but Merli was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I’m a new property owner. The team really did a good job and help mitigate the saturated areas. I will definitely call Servpro again!

I phoned Servpro on Friday, August 25th for an emergency flood. I was told I would receive a call back, after multiple follow up calls I was told someone would contact me Monday. Once again I had to call Monday and was told the scheduler was on a phone call and would call me back. Never received any sort of call - its a shame as I would have hired this company to assist in water restoration, however they never ONCE reached out to me after I made the emergency request. By business has now gone to another company who was timely and responsive. Bad customer service.

I felt compelled to leave a review after my positive experience with Servpro. I am a property manager that needed assistance with a water damage/mold incident at one of my properties.
