Thanks to Corey, Sara and Jerrod ! They were absolutely great ! After a water leak in my kitchen ! Servpro sent their team out and in no time they had my kitchen and bathroom dried out and I'm well on the way to getting my house back in order ! Thank you guys for everything !

The Servpro staff was very courteous and efficient. Kyle Hamby, my production manager was very efficient. He explained the process and details well. He was very caring and a joy to work with.
After Kyle and his team finished the mold cleanup the rebuild crew came in.

We had our bathroom vent fan catch on fire causing smoke and soot. I chose ServPro for our restoration. They were immediately out to the house to assess and begin getting the smoke out of the house.
Everyone has been so courteous, professional, and worked hard to get us back to "like it never happened. "
I am super pleased with the clean up, construction, the phone calls checking on us and the progress, and the final inspection.

I had a dear client call in at 8:17 am with a water claim, I sent them Max’s number and by 9:40 am they called back to let me know Max was working on getting them taken care of. By 1 pm Max reached out to me to assess the situation! We appreciate Max and Servpro taking such good care of those we love most!

Servpro was very professional and arrived at our home with loss in a very short time. Of course our incident occurred at 4:30 pm on a Friday night. We were reassured that they would be able to mitigate the loss after our water pipe burst. They stayed until 10pm get most of the area cleaned. After returning Saturday the remaining destroyed flooring and ceiling debris was removed. The air drying equipment was left to make sure everything was fully dried. Thank you Kyle, Mel, and the rest of the employees at Servpro.

The rebuild construction team were great. Nate Sweet was easy to work with, he made several suggestions that we had not thought of. They came on time and worked diligently to complete our job. They replaced our flooring, our ceiling, fixed the damaged cabinet, and painted everything. We were so pleased with their work ethic and professionalism.

A tornado came through and knocked a 100 foot tree across our house tearing a very large hole in one of our bedrooms that my family members were sleeping in and other smaller holes along the backside of the house. Rain continued to pour in for several hours causing quite a stressful situation. We called Servepro and Dennis was out out here quickly. He was very patient, very compassionate and extremely thorough. He has this ability to stay calm and calm others as well. We felt so blessed to have Dennis work with us. He was very communicative and always kept us up to date on the remediation process. He and Mel did a great and thorough job of cleaning up the area and getting teams there to dry up the flooded areas. The whole Servepro team were responsive and great to work with!

I had a water leak in the ceiling and called Servpro for drying out and then replacing the baseboard and a 3x3 hole in the ceiling. The drying out was great and finished by April 10th. As of today june 4th the reconstruction has not been started and now Servpro is refusing to do the work to complete the job. I am very disappointed.

We had a water main break that flooded part of the office in the middle of the night. ServPro responded immediately and had a crew out quickly. They were professional and I could not tell we had had several inches of water on carpeting days later.

Very helpful and convenient, the app has all my important contacts for easy access to all of my employees with pictures of utility cutoffs for easy reference. Max Bruce set everything up for us and explained how it works!

We appreciate Max Bruce and the Servpro teams in our area. Mr. Bruce checks on us here at the Hampton Inn, Albertville regularly. He responds to our guests, whether they are his clients or not, who have been displaced from their homes due to fire with essential gift bags. One family had issues with a contractor making acceptable repairs. He stepped in to help and got them back in their home. Hats off to Max Bruce and the Servpro Team!

Max is faster than any disaster.

We had a water issue at our previous office, Max was at the office within the hour of calling him and had a team out that day to dry the carpet out and get it cleaned up!

Servpro responded to an extensive water leak in one of our athletic facilities. We were in the process of installing turf for the facility and water entered the room flowing under the turf throughout the facility. Servpro responded and began extracting water and installed drying fans and de-humidifiers. They had the facility ready to return to operation in three days.

This natural disaster affected the entire state of Maine. So much so, that Servpro from other states came to help. We were lucky enough to have Kyle, Joana, and the team from S.C. Thoughtful, kind, professional, and caring, this team went above and beyond during our most difficult time. Our items were respectfully handled, and the demo was never a terrible mess that I saw, it was always tidy and well-kept, even during the big destruction part. Kyle kept communication flowing, I knew what was happening and when. I have only the highest praise for this team and did get a laugh out of their 'It's always snowing here! It never stops!' conversations. It did snow almost every day and we had bitter cold temps but there was never a complaint. A great experience with a personal touch from first contact with Joana to our final goodbyes. Thank you for helping us!

The folks from Anniston were great to work with and got the work done, with the right equipment in a very short time. We would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

Attic water pipes had frozen and burst on Xmas Eve, 2022. Within 1-2 hours of the break, ServPro of A, G & Marshall County was at our home to stop the water, and start the clean-up. Outstanding professionals only worked on our home for many visits to dry out and clean floors, test walls, etc. over many weeks.
ServPro deserves the highest praise for responding on Xmas Eve but also for their careful, thorough clean-up throughout the process. THE BEST!! Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the cleaning that your company provided. After the employees left, I discovered that the microwave had not been cleaned, the kitchen island had not been cleaned, many items were in different places than they should have been. Many areas had not been dusted. I think they were in a hurry to get to their homes in Georgia. I paid a lot of money but I don't think I received my money's worth.

Took months to get any service set up due to sales department/customer service. The guy who came out to do an estimate was out sick the next day and I had to call to get it from another guy. Said they could do lots of services but ended up only doing 1 that we needed done. I had to call the corporate office just to get air conditioner and vents cleaning set up. Technicians did an excellent job. Sales department is horrible unfortunately. That's the reason for my low star rating. We got the run around for months and out of 4 jobs needing to be done, only 1 was completed! I'm sorry to say but I would not recommend Servpro in this area! Too much miscommunication and nonresponse from area reps. Called and texted on many occasions with no response most of the time! Once I finally reached someone, I was told that 3 people who serviced our area, were on vacation at the same time and wouldn't be back in the office for a week! The sad thing is, I worked for Servpro years ago when they first started out and they were great! I guess they got too big and let servicing a customers needs not as important.

If your insurance company mentions serpro. Run. They took forever demoing after our fire damage, die mostly to employees wanting to BS with my wife instead of actually working, to make matters worse, they sub-contracted the absolutely most incompetent company they could find to rebuild my house. Couldn't read a tape measure, thought shotty work was ok. Had tons of re-work and 7 months in I still have issues. And their so called supervisor was worse than the contractor at reading a tape and doing simple tasks when their guy never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this company to wash my dog.

USE this SERVPRO TEAM!!! Called them at 1AM when we returned from 1 week vacation to find our house flooded due to a water leak. They moved quickly and professionally. They truly care about what they are doing. They are so good that we have hired them for our build back.

We had a vehicle crash into our business late on a Friday evening. When we called ServPro they responded within the hour. They cleaned out the debris in the building, vacuumed out the water from the busted pipe and even secured the building by putting up a temporary wall. They did all of this by the next morning. Our experience with Servpro was wonderful. We needed their service to help us locate source of odor in our home. Chris was very knowledgeable and gave us information that lead us to have him install a machine to neutralize the odors and he also gave us a very logical explanation of what was causing our problem. The best and easiest company I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism and courtesy is outstanding. I can recommend this service without any qualifications. They provide the most excellent service from every team which was involved in clean-up, demolition, abatement, and reconstruction.

Servpro is a professional company and their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They came in and evaluated the damaged areas and sent in a team to remove the damaged areas setup drying equipment and removed the waste/trash. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always on time to appointments to check on the moisture. We can't say enough good about the company and it's employees. I highly recommend them.
