He took the time to explain every detail clearly, so there were no surprises. He cleaned everything meticulously and made sure the job was completed perfectly. Tony and his team were fantastic to work with. He communicated with me through every step of the process and kept me up to date on the plan. I was moving into a building where the prior tenant had been smoking and it needed intense remediation. After Tony and his team completed their work the smoke smell was 100% gone. I would highly recommend their work.

Our water heater flooded our first floor. Service Master came here and did the demo work which included flood cutting the sheet rock, floor removal and treating for mold & mildew. Bertha and her team were top notch. Clean and professional. They did a pack out of my downstairs furniture and personal items and were very caring. Reconstruction handled by Service Master as well. Mike, the Construction Manager, was excellent. He understood our needs and worked with us to secure materials and fair pricing. Jarvin and Ray did the work which took a little less than two weeks to complete and did excellent work. From sheetrock and plastering, sanding and painting, flooring and the molding the trim. The photos attached detail the quality of their work which was unmatched. Thank you Service Master for helping to get my home back to pre flood conditions.

Ronny and Dave have been amazing and so helpful during such a stressful experience in our lives. Our basement got flooded with some sewage that backed up. It did some damage to the basement and it needed to be slightly dismantled and then restored. It was stressful going through all that but Ronny and Dave were so transparent and our basement looks good as new . Ronny even went above and beyond and advocated for us with our insurance company and things got resolve . Thank you so much !

Servicemaster By Complete was a huge part of me going foward with my life. No joke, I really mean it. We can finally move back into our apartment and pay one rent istead of three. I wouldn't have been able to survive without them.
Ronie, who was in charge of my contract with them, was an incredibly good and nice person. He cared very much about my overall situation.
He put Jorge in charge of the job of clean up. Jorge was top notch at every part of the job at hand. Jorge told and showed me everything that had to be done in order for us to move back in to our apartment.

Thanks to Bill, Bertha, Sherif, Ed and Crystal, as well as an amazing team of 11 other workers, my house has been saved from a disastrous infiltration of soot throughout my entire home. Spending four full days they have been extremely focused on every detail to bring my home back to its clean and livable space. I am so thankful for their care, kindness, and certainly all the extra efforts they put out to restore my home. I highly recommend them to everyone.

A truly amazing and compassionate company! Extremely professional on the phone and in real life. I was getting high estimates from a company with a similar name, and when they threatened delays in service, Ron and ServiceMaster
swooped in to save us. Our basement had flooded, with 5”+ of water, wall to wall. Ron explained how quickly mold could grow, and how toxic that would be for my kids. Instead of waiting a few days (like other companies were trying to do) the crew from ServiceMaster was here quickly. I first called at 4pm, and Joe was here with a large crew by 6pm. They had the entire space cleaned and sprayed for mold in just 2 hours. By 8pm, all damaged items were out of the basement, and they set up 12 fans and 2 dehumidifiers to ensure that the basement would be completely dry. While other companies were trying to make me pay “overtime” charges, Ron worked with me to keep the costs within the budget set by my homeowner’s insurance. As a single mom, this was so helpful, more than words could say. While other companies tried to take advantage by overcharging, Ron told me “not today, and not with us.” The crew worked in a way that would be easiest for submitting insurance claims, ready to itemize and photograph everything that was damaged. I highly recommend ServiceMaster. They are classy, quick, kind, thorough, clean, efficient, and all around awesome!

I am thoroughly disappointed with your company. From the beginning the communication was very lacking. I would have to call several times in order to get a response.

When my items were finally packed up and itemized, I got an itemized list in an EXTREMELY illegible form, that I could not ascertain what was on the list. Months later, I realized that this was purposely done.

After it was time for me to retrieve my items after my home was repaired, there were several items missing that I knew did not have any damage from the fire

My King size bed and mattress were not on the truck and I know neither were damaged because they were in a room that neither the fire, nor the fire department entered. No water damage either.

My air conditioner which was also in the bedroom. A leather ottoman which was in the basement was not on the truck, as well as two air mattresses. Again there was no damage to either because I checked after the fire. Also one of two of my three wall pictures were not on the truck which was also in my basement. A drill which was in the closet with other items that were retrieved was also not in the truck. There is no doubt in my mind that all of those items were stolen.

This is something that I will be reporting to my insurance company. Your company lacks integrity and obviously has employees who are unethical at best and thieves at worst. I will never use this company for anything because I do not trust them.

We had a fire that made the apartment uninhabitable and Ron Garcia responded right away. Then Joe Formisano and his crew went above and beyond cleaning up 20 years’ worth of fire and water damaged debris while at every step taking care with what could be salvaged and trying to minimize any more stress in this process. These are great guys and make you feel they have your back. Would highly recommend them. Can’t thank Ron and Joe and the crew enough!

We are so extremely impressed with Service Master, not only were they right on with coming as soon as the call was made but the amount of attention they showed to our situation was outstanding! They made sure every thing was so well taken care of! The guys were so polite and so courteous to our home and our belongings. The Service Master crew was terrific; Bertha, Ron and the other members were incredibly professional, efficient, considerate and seemed to genuinely care about their work. Super job, and we're so relieved that they were able to save our carpet, dry out the whole basement, and stay in touch throughout the process.

We had a leak in our 2nd floor bathroom which lead to damage in our first floor bathroom. We are now in the process of getting things fixed through Service Master. Ronnie Garcia has been extremely helpful with this process. He has taken his time trough text messages and came to our house to explain the process. We highly recommend using Service Master.

Absolutely incredible service, spoke to Allyssa on the phone and she was extremely nice and she had her crew there within 24 hours. The gentleman that came for the repair were extremely nice and very respectful of my home. Highly recommend!

We had an upstairs toilet leak. It caused stealthy water damage to an adjacent bedroom and infected the whole house with a strong mold smell. Scott came out, assessed the situation and developed a plan within a few hours. The next morning Bertha and her team was onsite at 9 am. Within an hour, the smell was gone and the upstairs remediation was well underway. There is still more work to do, but we are very grateful for their efforts thus far.

The team that ServiceMaster Restore by Complete sent to my apartment to pack out, move and store my furniture and other apartment contents, was excellent in that each team member was most willing, gracious and very responsive to my concerns and requests. They are also very careful in returning my furniture by wearing shoe covers and being extremely careful in protecting the floor in the way they placed furniture, etc. They also set up my television, computer, and all in one printer, as all had been disconnected prior to the work I had done. In addition, one of my night tables was in generally good shape, but it had some spots on its side, so I initially decided to dispose of it. At that point, one of the staff suggested that it could be cleaned and proceeded to do so. As a result, it looked so good, that I decided to keep it.

Joseph, the team manager, was very involved and attentive to everything his staff was doing, being directive when needed. He also personally cleaned an area on my Curio that was slightly soiled prior to storage. He mentioned that it was a very effective cleaning product by Service Master Clean. He left a full spray can of the the Furniture Polish Lemon Oil for me to have available when needed.

There were some issues with setting up my computer and TV internet connection. We called the service provider, and the staff followed the live troubleshooting directions via video call, and the issue was quickly resolvedwoth

6+ months ago our condo in Brooklyn flooded - faulty washing machine part. Our homeowners insurance company sent ServiceMaster Restore By Complete (“SMRC”) to assess the situation. Their assessment - remove all furniture (a “pack out”), remove the baseboards and walls two feet up from the floor and remove the wood floor. Quite a shock considering our unit was purchased new in 2020! However, from the first day, and throughout the entire restoration process, we felt very comfortable our home and all our “worldly possessions” would be treated with care and everything would be returned to us, as I had asked, “.. as if nothing ever happened.” Taking six months was due to an unresponsive insurance company and not to SMRC. Last week we returned to our home - furniture correctly arranged, pictures and wall art hung properly, flat screen TV’s/cable hung, hooked up and working accurately (Who does that??). Our deepest thanks to Ronny G., Dave M. and all the others at SMRC who made this possible. Job well done!

I used this business back in May When my home got water damaged My case person was Ronnie they came out and put the,machine down and took down the molding to let everything dry out. The Next phase was for everything to be put in storage So 2 guys came Clearly they needed more help because the next day they had to come back ok So then My house is repaired so my stuff can be brought to my house so I have my sister come over Ronnie said his guys would be there 9am....10am, 11am goes by no guys So I call they say I never confirmed it I forward the text I sent to Ronnie They're so sorry for the mix up so 4pm They bring my stuff After everything is put in house and I go through the boxes I'm missing my winter sweaters a throw blanket and stuff I text Ronnie he's gonna get to the bottom of this .So I wait a few weeks with no reply So I text him again And he text me back That he's still working on this .Ok fast forward it to the beginning of July I didn't hear anything so I text him backRonnie says he can't find my 2 boxes so his manage gonna send me a check for my sweaters and throw etc That was 2 weeks ago And I haven't gotten even a reply from him Confirming a check was cut .I find the workers are hard worker but the management and customer service is horrible. I don't know what happened to my winter stuff but I do know As the customer I should not have to be reaching out every few weeks .This should have been handled already.

Had a flood due to washing machine failure. Had service master come out and take care of the reconstruction of my home. Ron and Dave both were professional and were able to repair all the damages that had occurred.

The water mitigation crew just finished the demolition and packing up of our personal goods after the flood. Bertha and her crew were a pleasure to work with. We hope the reconstruction goes as smoothly. Highly recommend.

I am so surprised at all these great reviews for this company and here I am writing a bad one because of the experience I had with them. Let me start by saying I chose to work with service master the day my house caught fire. It took a whole year+months for restoration, up until now the house isn't even finished yet & this happened 12/27/2021. Since the company received their last check from my insurance company it's been very hard to get ahold of the rebuild manager. Several texts were sent to him to check things that weren't done correctly / unfinished. We moved in middle/end of March 2023. We have been dealing with not having hot water for a month now first text sent 4/5/2023, his reply was that someone would come. Noone came. 4/18 sent another text about the water, reply was "Guys came twice & had no access" yet, we had no phone calls or no ring doorbell was rang to let anyone know "someone actually came". I mean who comes and doesn't knock? My 8 month pregnant sister in law stays home and said no one ever came by. Gutters were forgotten. We been getting complaints from our neighbor because the house has no gutters and all the rain water hits their windows. The flooring is already breaking and some parts are ungluing completely. The ceiling lights are faulty. 4 of them have burnt out already. There was lies with painting the walls and it resulting in being primer not actual paint.
I reached out to Ronnie who has been the best contact so far (I don't even know what position he plays in this), he's been answering all my msgs and things usually get done once I get him involved but I am over it now.
I have a whole list of things that I didn't state in this review but if I keep going I'd be here for hours. I am BEYOND upset with this company. Having to heat water in pans to shower is INSANE ESPECIALLY when we have a new born coming in a month. This is unacceptable. Good luck to future clients.

My hot water heater quit on me Thursday morning, leaving water all over my basement. I called ServiceMaster, who assigned someone to my case right and went to work within 2 hours. The crew was professional and handled everything perfectly.

The fire in my home was the scariest moment of my life and when I met Bill the owner, he guided me and actually cared. Also, everyone of his employees was so caring in a time like this. I had the unfortunate experience of coming home to my house flooded from a broken pipe. From initial phone call to technicians they were very professional and understanding. The project manager I had was Johnny and his head technician Mike. All of the guys were very thorough and took the time to explain everything.... and answer all of my questions no matter how silly they were. They did a great job and we'll definitely be recommending them.

Our Florida home received significant damage as the result of hurricane Ian. Two large areas of soffit were torn off by high winds, resulting in large ceiling areas and walls inside to collapse This service master branch within three days removed all water soaked materials, provided remediation services and communicated with the insurance company and my wife and I ( the homeowners ) with details. All personal clothing and fragile glassware were boxed up safely as well. I would highly recommend using them if needed in a similar catastrophic situation.

ServiceMaster assigned Bill P. to assess our water damage after Ian went through Port Charlotte. Our roof vent had blown off and let in a good amount of water.
He was very responsive to get out to the house and visit with our tenants. He reported that our house did well compared to others he was seeing and that his Moisture Meter confirmed lack of residual moisture. There is some dry-wall repair that will be needed and he suggested best way forward.
We were impressed with his insights and recommendations that avoided excess expenses. We have already referred ServiceMaster to some friends/neighbors in the Port Charlotte, FL area.

I came home from an overnight trip on Sunday to discover 4" of water in my basement, and most of the Christmas presents I had purchased floating around. Despite the fact that it was almost 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night, Bill was able to assemble a crew and get them out to my house within an hour. Everyone on the crew, from Scott the manager to Bertha and Eric and everyone else was absolutely fantastic! I was very emotional at the thought of potentially having lost all of my holiday presents a week before Christmas, and everyone was calm, kind, patient, sympathetic and compassionate. The crew quickly extracted the water, efficiently and expertly cleaned the basement, separated what could be salvaged, what needed to be laundered, and what was a total loss. In the end, very little fell into the total loss category.

The crew also prepared the non-salvageable list for my insurance company and advised me on filing a claim. They worked with my local plumber to finish the clean up and address and resolve the issue that caused the flood.

It may not be a big deal to anyone else but me, but everyone was also amazingly good with my dogs, one of which is very large, the other is very barky. That may seem trivial, but such a small act of kindness meant the world to me.

Despite the fact that I was much luckier than many, it was still a very stressful experience. Bill, Scott, Bertha, Eric and everyone else on this highly professional crew made me feel calm and well cared for. There is no question, i was in very good hands with them and I highly recommend their services!

Everything came out just perfect! They are a great team of guys -- from Bill (President), PJ, straight down the line. They take great pride in their work - are very caring & they were always there to help me with my many questions - they brought light to what was a tragic loss for me. I cannot say enough about them! I consider them the 'BEST OF THE BEST.'
