So glad I hired Sensational Painting and Contracting to help me prepare my home to sell! Brian not only completed the exterior painting and gutter work we agreed on, but he met with my home inspector and went over every item on the list that needed addressed before showing the house. Brian has an eye for detail and went way above and beyond, fixing little things he found along the way. Fair prices, good work ethic, able to complete most indoor and outdoor projects...a no brainer!

Great job and more. We had Brian and his crew come to paint the deck in our gazebo. They power washed, scraped and sanded prior to priming. During this time they found some rotted siding on the roof which they replaced. I was impressed when they checked the moisture content of the wood before painting. Brian kept me updated as to the progress including calling off work one day when the dew point was wrong for painting. We will definitely use them again.
