Called for a roof cleaning and they not only removed the moss but also gave me a full condition report. Super helpful to stay ahead of major problems. I’ll be calling them again next year for maintenance.

Seek one has been.very easy to work with throughout the process of inspection, working with our insurance company and putting on the new roof. Chase was on site and kept us informed during the installation. The crew was very efficient and worked diligently all day to complete the job in one day.

Andrew knocked on our door after the big storm in May. He was probably the 4th person to come by that day, but happened to catch me at a good time and won me over with his attitude and professionalism. My dog liked him, too, so that helped. We actually went through two claims with him. We were unjustly declined by our insurance company but he walked us through the appeals process and helped us secure a fair assessment, and eventually we were approved! Thank you, Andrew! Once our build was scheduled, we continued to have a great experience with our project manager, Chase, and the hardworking team that installed the roof. Chase kept me informed throughout the day and even showed my kids how he flew the drone to take pictures of the progress. I appreciate SeekOne and the care they provided throughout the process. Andrew and Chase explained everything and answered all of our questions. We would recommend them to anyone - 0 complaints whatsoever! Oh, and the roof is beautiful. So so happy. Thank you!

We’ve had a persistent ice dam problem for years. This team installed proper ventilation and heat cables. Winter was much better this year—no leaks or damage. Wish we had done it sooner.

This is a totally professional company who does super excellent work. The salesman worked with me in dealing with the insurance company and advice. We had our roof damaged in a hail storm. Rob and Cody from Seek One came by to look at our house. They were extremely professional throughout the entire experience. They worked with our insurance company to get maximum benefit for our house. They also brought up putting on hail resistant class 4 shingles to prevent future damage. The crew led by George came out and replaced all our shingles in one day. They came out and replaced all our gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards the next. It was a completely seamless experience. Their office support was outstanding.

Had a tree fall during a storm and damage part of our roof. They responded the same day to tarp it and did the full repair two days later. Fast, reliable, and great workmanship. Couldn’t ask for more.

They removed my old, layered roof and installed everything brand new. No shortcuts. You can tell this crew takes pride in their craft. They even helped me register the warranty on the shingles.

After a few delays due to ever-changing Nashville weather events in June, Roofing Team descended on my home for a 2-day install under extreme heat conditions. After repairing a few underlayment spots, and installing seemingly miles of Ice & Water Guard material, these guys worked tirelessly under the guidance of Kyle, who oversaw the needs of any issues that arose, along with keeping the crews iced down during the hot days. Kyle kept me apprised of the progress throughout the install. From the initial meeting with Joe Irwin, and through the upcharge discussions with Sandy, I would highly recommend SeekOne for anyone's roofing needs!

Jerry Carter stopped by my house unsolicited while I was puttering around and mentioned that he was in the area doing free roofing inspections. He wasn’t pushy and so I decided to give him a chance. He thoroughly checked the roof of my tri-level home and determined that the roof was still in good shape and that no work was needed at this time. I am leaving this positive review because he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try and sell me services I don’t need. Honest tradesmen like him deserve an opportunity to serve. He also let me know that Seekone uses Certainteed shingles so while they aren’t the cheapest, they are good quality. I am definitely going to hang on to his contact info for when we do need roofing work.

We live in an area with high winds and needed our roof reinforced. They recommended upgraded fasteners and added extra protection along the edges. It’s held up great so far. Very knowledgeable about local weather needs.

Had my garage roof redone and the difference is night and day. The materials they used look durable and blend in with my home. Crew was respectful and always cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again without hesitation.

SeekOne delivered on its Core Principles and Mission 100%. Of note, we'd highlight three aspects that stood out...

1 - Leadership Presence. Once work started, at least one SeekOne leader was continuously on site. Not just sitting in the truck...but actively monitoring and leading the Team. This gave us peace of mind.

2 - Taking Ownership. SeekOne approached the project holistically. Meaning, although they were not performing the gutter work..."they owned it" and ensured that it was done to their standard. Bravo.

3 - Extra Mile Service. It is said, "The extra mile is seldom crowded." Andrew demonstrated this to us after the project was complete. He came by on his own initiative, checked the rooftop and gutters, and identified and performed three touch-ups. We would never have known about them...but he took pride in the Company's work and got up on his ladder and fixed them. Then he rewalked the yard with his magnet to ensure no debris remained. And finally, he brought us a meaningful token of his appreciation. Who does this?

In sum, this is a top-notch company that lives out its mission and vision statements by adhering to its core principles.
