Called for a roof cleaning and they not only removed the moss but also gave me a full condition report. Super helpful to stay ahead of major problems. I’ll be calling them again next year for maintenance.

Seek one has been.very easy to work with throughout the process of inspection, working with our insurance company and putting on the new roof. Chase was on site and kept us informed during the installation. The crew was very efficient and worked diligently all day to complete the job in one day.

Andrew knocked on our door after the big storm in May. He was probably the 4th person to come by that day, but happened to catch me at a good time and won me over with his attitude and professionalism. My dog liked him, too, so that helped. Had a tree fall during a storm and damage part of our roof. They responded the same day to tarp it and did the full repair two days later. Fast, reliable, and great workmanship. Couldn’t ask for more.

Jerry Carter stopped by my house unsolicited while I was puttering around and mentioned that he was in the area doing free roofing inspections. He wasn’t pushy and so I decided to give him a chance. He thoroughly checked the roof of my tri-level home and determined that the roof was still in good shape and that no work was needed at this time. I am leaving this positive review because he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try and sell me services I don’t need. Honest tradesmen like him deserve an opportunity to serve. He also let me know that Seekone uses Certainteed shingles so while they aren’t the cheapest, they are good quality. I am definitely going to hang on to his contact info for when we do need roofing work.

We live in an area with high winds and needed our roof reinforced. They recommended upgraded fasteners and added extra protection along the edges. It’s held up great so far. Very knowledgeable about local weather needs.

1 - Leadership Presence. Once work started, at least one SeekOne leader was continuously on site. Not just sitting in the truck...but actively monitoring and leading the Team. This gave us peace of mind.

2 - Taking Ownership. SeekOne approached the project holistically. Meaning, although they were not performing the gutter work..."they owned it" and ensured that it was done to their standard. Bravo.

3 - Extra Mile Service. It is said, "The extra mile is seldom crowded." Andrew demonstrated this to us after the project was complete. He came by on his own initiative, checked the rooftop and gutters, and identified and performed three touch-ups. We would never have known about them...but he took pride in the Company's work and got up on his ladder and fixed them. Then he rewalked the yard with his magnet to ensure no debris remained. And finally, he brought us a meaningful token of his appreciation. Who does this?

Colin of SeekOne gave a thorough inspection, and took pictures of shingles, Flashing, and gutters. Colin spent time afterwards explaining my options. The biggest selling point on this company to me was that they were not recommending any immediate work be done, but showed me what to look for as my roof approached it’s 20 year lifecycle, especially since the last roof replacement used three tab shingles. There was no pressure at all for me to make any type of commitment. SeekOne exceeded our expectations with our roof replacement due to storm damage. I’ve been very impressed with numerous aspects. First, they are efficient. Every meeting we had was quick and to the point. They answered our questions and asked for our opinions but respected our time. They know what they are doing, so the machine is well-oiled. No unnecessary meetings. No long meetings. Second, they worked seamlessly with our insurance to submit our claim. Honestly, it was almost too easy. Again, we did not have to spend a bunch of our time on the phone with insurance. Third, they kept us posted on the schedule. We had a week set months out, but it is the roofing business, which is dependent on the weather. While we had to shift it a little bit, they kept us posted throughout the process. Fourth, they are fast. They did our big, high roof in a day and some change. We were not inconvenienced much at all. It’s impressive. Finally, they worked with us to the end. We had a little bit of unexpected damage (not known in the initial inspection) that they documented and processed quickly. When the whole process was finished, they checked back with us to make sure all was good. We’ve had a couple of very hard rains since the roof was replaced—not a leak to be seen. From the first time I met Andrew McLaurin, all the way through to the actual roof replacement today under the supervision of George Jacobs, SeekOne Roofing has been professional, responsive, communicative, efficient, helpful, friendly, and proactive. Andrew was very helpful in coordinating with the insurance company and providing the information my wife and I needed to select a shingle. When the large crew showed up this morning, George contacted me by text to let me know they were starting work and to let him know if I needed anything. They tore off the old shingles and reinstalled my new roof all in the same day. It was obvious from the go that safety was important to them, and their efforts in protecting things around the house, as well as the final cleanup when they were done, were exceptional. Had the pleasure of meeting B. J. Grimes and his associate Gabriel today at a place that had nothing to do with roofing. They were stellar with personality and asked if I’d like a roof inspection. It was getting late for them but I said YES if convenient. Both came to our home in Spring Hill and did a very thorough roof inspection. At this time we don’t need repair but possibly next hail storm. Can’t recommend them enough as they are efficient, helpful with questions and not ‘sales’ type of roofers. My rebuild looks amazing. Office people were great to work with as they were extremely accommodating to my rescheduling due to weather issues. Crew arrived on time and stayed on task until the rebuild was complete. On-site supervisors George and Jeff kept me up to date on the rebuild progress. Highly recommend Seekone Roofing.
