I’ve purchased a mattress set from this location yesterday. The manager of the store took the time via the phone to guide me through the best options for my purchase. It was extremely helpful especially because I was calling from out of town. I highly recommend this store!

These women that work for Schewels in covington are the best thanks for your help and putting up with me.

Guys loading up my furniture great the one salesperson was as nice as can be. Ladies behind the counter was standoffish but we're all doing their best prices are high for the quality of the furniture (I can build custom furniture myself but no time to do it anymore). I wish America made furniture for we made the best but our president has prices thru the roof.

Schewls is so much better the rent a center and alot more affordable. The ladies there was so polite and extremely nice.

Tim Nicely was very helpful and patience with my two visits to pick out a mattress. He was friendly and made it a cheerful experience. The ladies in finance were also patient and very kind and helpful. The two men who delivered my mattress were very nice and so helpful and efficient. The whole process was a good experience for me.

I just want to take a moment to praise the Covington VA location! I stopped in the evening of August 6th 2020 close to 5:30 to purchase my son a new bedroom suit and mattress set. Not only were the entire staff extremely helpful, they were also very friendly and patient as it was close to closing time. I am moving my son to college and needed something pretty quick. Sharon and the staff went above and beyond to find us the furniture we needed within our time constraints and budget! Job well done to them all!

Everyone there is very nice and gets to you in a timely manner and helps you figure out the best product for you. Then purchasing what you want the lady’s are great.. Always shop at home your people need it more than out of towners.

I looked everywhere for a small freezer. Schewels had one in stock. I now know why...it is way overpriced. Otherwise, it was a seamless online experience. Customer service was prompt.

I found Schewels to be very helpful. I desperately needed a refrigerator due to my old one going out. I was in and out with my new refrigerator in no time at all. I love my new refrigerator and will definitely come back as a repeat customer.

From the time I walked threw the doors the people there were so friendly help me with what I was wanting,a d about 20 minutes i was walking back out the door with what i came for very friendly and not pushy. I had a very good experience at shewels. Thanks again for all your help!

The team at Schewel Furniture in Covington are the best. They are always curtious and help you with everything and the merchandise is awesome. This is the only place I buy furniture and will continue to buy from them. They are awesome!!!!!!
