If I could leave a negative review for savecal and it's management and owners I would. And here is why. my advice to everybody is to never bring this company on as a client. They will defraud you and steal from you.

I do not have experience with hiring savecal to do work for me. And in that aspect I imagine
They are a good company to do business with of you must as they have a large offering and capabilities.

However my experience is from savecal hiring my company to do work for them and them defrauding, lying, and stealing by charging back payments they legitimately made and rightfully paid to us as an investment for what we delivered to them and that they benefited from after they received their items, solutions, products, services and results.

Here is my experience with savecal.

After hiring my company back in December for a plethora of solutions, developments, services, content creation, intellectual property, knowledge, funnels, websites, ads, etc. And hiring us to manage optimize etc those said items over a several month period. We increased their opportunity , their lead gen, added bots and work flows and automation where none existed, trained them and continued to for their team on sales training and organic tips and tricks while their paid ads were generating them results. Got them away from a legal issue with Costco they were in. Got them new irresistible offers and affiliate offers to promote and help them convert their leads. Fixed and rebuilt their entire flow and corrected breaks that they had. And much much more.

Well long story short after hiring us to do all those services and solutions and paying their invoices. After they paid their last invoice with us. They attempted to dispute the charges with amex. We won the dispute and proved we provided the solutions and that the client benefited and continues to do so from what we did and that we fulfilled our end of the contract and that they violated the contract by this dispute. Well from there because they lost that dispute they went and decided that they would blatently lie to amex and claim that they did not have possession of their cards for the several month period that they did business with my company and that any and all transactions during that period we're fraud. They managed to convince amex of this to the extent that even with all of our proof , time-stamped emails, calls, images, photos , IP addresses etc of their payment info, themselves, their solutions etc, amex gave them their money back and withdrew it from our payment processor waveapps at the time. So they you away with getting their solutions and all services for free by convincing amex of a lie so they could get their money back.

Now because this company who is our prior client has not only defrauded amex but they have defrauded my company we are forced to take legal action and collections actions.

If savecal would do the right, honest, moral and ethical thing and contact us to resolve this issue we would gladly speak to them. We have attempted to reach out and work this out in a civil manner with no avail. Unfortunately they do not seem to want to do the right thing.

I have bad experience with this company "Savecal" I spend $45,000 in A/C & others but every time when is raining I have liking in a room is coming from the A/C duct, I call so many times and all ways the people come late our not coming and never fix the problem.
Please when you got any company read the reviews because when is negative something happened.
I have another problem in the A/C in the same room when I put the heater mode I can stay there because the duct is connected directly and is so hot like sauna.
Just for finish I looking for a good lawyer to submit a demand because the "savecal" don't take action.

I was going to Contract them but when I googled about the Program , i had to Cancel because i wouldnt be able to Sell or Refinance my home until the System was completely payed off . Financed for 20yrs did the math was going to Cost me near $60,000 on a Property Tax lean . And no you can't Transferred To New Owners Like Sales Man says . Escrow does not Allowed it .

So pls do your Research before

Wonderful company to work with. Great customer service and product knowledge. I have referred them to several friends and family memebers who are all extremely satisfied with their service.

At the beginning it was slow and I was not to happy at all. Then John the project manager took over and that’s when everything started rolling.

I don't know where to begin! I love Menji but most importantly love SaveCal! The installation for my HVAC and Solar Panels were perfect. Menji set the expectation was very attentive always picking up the phone when I had a random question and was amazing that he was able to speak fluent Spanish. The experience overall was outstanding. I definitely would like to work with Menji and SaveCal regarding my windows in the future. Thank you guys!

This place is a dump. Located in an office building with many many other businesses. No parking. There was paper taped to the walls to help you locate their office inside. (Tacky) Once there...you felt the place should be condemned. One of the owners is full of himself...flashy...arrogant and another money hungry power trip moron.

Great company to deal with. We were assured top service, and the contact person was very pleasant to work with. We would recommend these folks for a new A/C any day.

The workers did an awesome job. The only issue I had was with the lack of communication between the company and the workers. One too many brakedowns in communication. But I'm extremely happy with the end result.

We finally got our A/C installed after 3 weeks of BS. I inquired on the website on July 7 and called July 9 when no one got back to me. Someone came out that day and said they could probably install it by the weekend. Great! We didn't qualify for the Hero program, but they got us financing. It was 3x what we were quoted last season, but we figured 1) It was peak season 2) It was being rushed 3) It would be installed by an HVAC certified technician and 4) We would be getting all new "state of the art" equipment. Well it couldn't be done by the weekend, so on Mon we ask, "when?" And they say they're working on it. So Tues we ask, "when?" And they said by the weekend, if it had to be Sat are we OK w/ that? I asked if it will be done in one day and was told yes, so Sat it is! Then Wed were told plans changed and they'll be here Fri! Whew because the heat wave was coming on Sun, temps of 115! Well they're supposed to be here Fri morn between 8-9. Our doorbell rings at 6:58am! Waking our 2 small children, but who cares? We're getting A/C! Or so we thought, there's some mix up and the products he has are not the ones for our house! He said he could "make them work" but it doesn't look right. I call my rep & she calls him. Well, it's not getting done today or Sat. There was a "mix up" at the warehouse, so our parts need to be ordered and they'll be here Mon between 9-10. Mon: 1 guy comes out at 11:30 and looks around, he says a crane is coming in the afternoon about 3. They pull all of the old stuff out and at 5:30 say OK, we don't have all the parts needed so we'll pick those up tomorrow morning and come back...Tues: NO ONE shows up we call the rep, we call the guy, we call the office. No one know's what's going on. Turns out we needed more parts that were not initially ordered and they couldn't do anything until they got them. Finally at 5:30 the guy shows up w/ the parts. He drops them off and says he'll be back in the morning. Wed: shows up at 11:30 and starts the work, stays until 8, but says the jobs not done. Thur: shows up at 11 stays until almost 10! But still can't get the jojob completed and says he's almost done and Friday it will be done for sure. Mind you, me, my husband & 2 children are stuck in the back room for a week trying to stay cool next to a portable a/c unit we ended up buying while they do all of this in 115 degree weather! Finally it's done, he did a beautiful job. I am however extremely disappointed in Savecal and how they handled things. Our rep was nice enough, but she had no clue about the job and what it would take, she also needed me to call the office to "get things moving" in addition to her requests. I am now hoping that Savecal will try and redeem themselves by offering us a well deserved rebate, if they do, I will update my review with a more positive rating, if they don't...I will do the opposite!

So Cal did a great job, within 3 days of me qualifying for the program they were at my home, and within two days my new roof was on. The work was done and all cleaned up within those two days. Great company to work with.

Overall We had a good experience with Save Cal, I am a natural worrier and I had several questions after Tait explain the whole process to us. Right before bed I had several questions and I texted Tait not expecting him to text me back until the morning but he did text back immediately. We had a full conversation for 30 minutes which eased my mind and I was able to go to sleep. We even had a couple of hiccups through out the project (life) but Tait stayed in constant communication and finish the job. I’m very happy and it was all worth every moment.

The customer service was excellent. The project manager was very attentive and diligent. The workmen didn't waste time and did a fine job. I recommend SaveCal!

I wish I would have researched first before purchasing with this company. Again tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. If you dont hace the parts for the job then dont start the job? Isnt that common sense??? Then say tomorrow we will have it. Tomorrow comes and they say oh well it's not our fault the "warehouse" didnt have it. Then when you tell them forget it I dont want it you made me wait and tell me 2 or 3 different stories I dont trust you, the part magically appears. WOW I wonder what other customer they told a story to in order to have the part for us. None want to own their mistakes installers or salespeople. Very shady of you ask me. I will never do business with them again and I dont think you should either. Oh and by the way they slip in a huge warranty at a cost of around $2000 and say we always add that to the sale. Dont fall for it, I asked and took it off. The manufacturer warranty is 12 years so I'm not planning on being here 12 years so I honestly dont care. Hope this helps you all in your decision making process. Besides all that the so called high tech that has all these bells and whistles system they sell you for $18,000.00 is worthless. It shuts off or just blows hot air. They say oh it's because the sensors are not sensing activity in the home and that's why it's not on. Oh really?!?! Then WHY is it on blowing hot air??? They said to me last week i will give you the owners number and well you can call him. I said I wasted enough of my time have him call me. A week almost has passed and nothing! How professional. I guess they rather hear from the state contractors board, my attorney as well as PACE (the finance company) when they tell them we let them know that SaveCal promised us so much, delivered so little and it didnt even work! Let's see how they like NOT getting paid by the finance company because we WILL NOT sign off on the certificate of completion. Maybe that will get their attention. Picture shows how much the system is working at over 80° at 11pm, yeah great ststem!
They ripped off our family dont let them rip yours off too.

It was a slow start of 3 weeks, but then the
installation of HVAC and windows finally took place in one day each. Jobs were well done, and workers were very careful about my home cleanliness. Lanny called me almost every day with updates to the projects. Both he and Stephen have been working hard to get all projects completed before the end of July.
Very unfortunately, they took until January 2019 to complete unfinished work. I spoke too soon regarding the above recommendation. I had great difficulty contacting them to finish work from August 2018 - January 2019. this all resulted in a small claims lawsuit of which I was awarded monetary compensation on 9-19-19. However, they reniged on the promise to pay, and have been dodging me for contact ever since. 4-29-20.

Thank you SaveCal and John R. for my Central Air Conditioning system. He explained process very clearly and was very satisfied with his presentation. He gave a a 0% interest payment that was very affordable. Thanks Savecal

SavCal is a great company, I had energy efficient windows and a new roof. Everyone did a professional job and everyone was kind and answered all my questions. The person in charge of my project was Frank and he was absolutely knowledgeable about the work being done. He explained everything to me and everything he said was done exactly as he said it would. I would recommend this company to anyone considering an energy upgrade to their home.

From the beginning of the process, our sales representative, John Real, has been very professional. He explained in high detail the requirements, benefits, and value of the central cooling and heating system. We are very satisfied with the worksmanship of everyone in the crew. During the installation, there was a heat wave that reached over 100 degrees in the ceiling. They didn't complain, nor slow their pace down. We expect the value of our home to rise while we enjoy the benefits of temperature-controlled air.

The installment process of my central AC & heating by Save Cal was smooth and easy. It took about 2 days and the people involved were very organized, knowledgeable and reliable. When they came to my house, the workers had floor covers to avoid scratches or damages to my flooring and they cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. They tested the AC and they taught me how to use the Nest controller which is the thermostat for the AC and heating. I’m overall very satisfied with their work and their product. Highly recommended.

I met wit Lanny and Jose. The presentation was professional and done with no pressure. The pricing was fair and inclusive. The work commenced quickly and was completed promptly. I would recommend SaveCal to anyone in need of home improvement. I just completed Centrsl air and a new roof. I plan to do painting and windows next.

Savecal delivered everything they promised and in record time! They were easy to reach and always available to answer our questions. Their excellent customer service made our solar purchase experience a good one from start to finish.

Would have given a score of zero stars had been possible. I didn't use this company's services, but they wouldn't stop calling me numerous days on end even though I had told them I wasn't interested and asked to be taking off their call list. Now they've been emailing me day after day this week asking me for a review. Of course they asked to be contacted if a negative review was going to be posted rather than post it here.

I'm very satisfied with the service and details to follow up on my phone calls right away.
The work was done to my knowledge very professional and productive.
I'm a very picking person so with no hesitation they accomplished and fixed all the details I've mentioned to do on my roof

I needed a new roof. A representative of SaveCal came out to my house and told me everything I needed to know about the process. They were very helpful and I'm glad I switched to SaveCal!

***Update***
I am writing an updated review for Savecal in Northern California so my experience might be a little different. Overall, the quality of the work was good and my salesman was very honest about the price and options I had available. However, When it came time to finally install my roof and solar panels I don't know if they hired a third party contractor because the service quickly changed. They actually damaged my roof and left trash in front of my house which they never collected after contracting them about it.

They are new to NorCal so a lot of things are different and if I needed anything I could only contact my salesman so the process took a long time to complete: over 7 steps and 7 months later, I am still waiting for permits and inspections. After the sale is complete they seem to not care about your business anymore since they got your money anyway.

Save Cal diligently ontacted me over a period of time. They could not serve us, but did a wonderful job finding that out upfront. They were professional and courteous.

We just had central air installed by Savecal and Tait was amazing and he is definitely an asset to Savecal Corporation.

We had a wonderful experience with SaveCal. They came to our home to give us a quote, and were so friendly helpful. We will be going with them for our HVAC when the time comes for sure!
