I contracted with Sandia Building Solutions to repair damage to a flat portion of my roof. Alfonso made sure everything was done correctly at an affordable cost and in a reasonable amount of time.

Alfonzo and his team were great to work with. They helped navigate the insurance claim, provided sample to allow us to pick shingles, and answered all my questions. My roof looks great and the crew did an amazing job in a short amount of time.

Sandia Building Solutions replaced our large-area asphalt roof with metal. The price was competitive and the work was done efficiently and on schedule. The superviser, Alfonso Gonzalez, responded quickly to any problems that arose. The company paid close attention to details like sealing vents and the chimney and repainting existing vents that had weathered.

Alfonso was really a hands on person regarding our new roof installation. He helped us navigate thru the hoops our insurance threw at us. We appreciate him. We do not hesitate to refer him to all. Again, thank you Alfonso. His crew was efficient & fast. He even came by a couple of week later to ask if everything was good.

I talked to several roofers, and Alfonso of Sandia Bldg. Solutions was the most thorough and knowledgeable. I needed a roof within the next few weeks, and the crew arrived within 3 days, with lots of workers and all the materials they needed. Every single worker was polite, careful, and hard-working, and they finished the roof in two days and a few hours on the 3rd day. I'm thrilled with the quality of the work. The tiles are well-placed, the edges are finished well, and they even painted all the pipes to match. And the price was reasonable. I'm going to get more bids from this company for future jobs. Wow!

I worked with Sandia Building Solutions on 4 projects including a new roof, patio repair, carport repair and painting and they did a great job with everything. We used this company to do our roof. Alfonso was great to work with. He gave us quality time and made us feel comfortable in making decisions that were right for us, never pushy. The roof was done in one day as he promised and the crew was here on time. I waited to make this review until we had rain. Well it stormed with hail and rain. No problems at all. We would use him again for other projects. This was our experience and would him to anyone looking for a roofer.

After we contacted Sandia Building Solutions (SBS) for a quote to repair a part of the roof parapets and a total stucco repair, I received a call right away. Adam sent out Alfonzo, who did the quote and we received it, again, right away. The quote was pretty close, but due to changes to the roof parapet repair, we had to pay slightly more than quoted, and not so much for a financial burden on us. The crew that did the roof and stucco work were amazing, on-time every day, and worked until late in the evening. They were amazing and SBS is lucky to have them on their team. The roof repair, along with the stucco repair, fixed the water leaks throughout our home. We're very happy and relieved that the job was done right. Of note, if there are landscaping plants, bushes and trees near the walls when doing a stucco job, then please discuss with them before the job starts. Overall, the communication was excellent and Alfonzo was always available for your call. We are happy with the work of Sandia Building Solutions.

P. S. Our SBS job was completed about 1 year ago & with the solid job they did on the stucco & roof repair, still no water leaks in our home. We're very happy.
