Did you know these guys are Super Heroes? They came to the rescue of my sister who had a flat tire on I-10. They drove around from the other side of the interstate to change her tire before AAA got there. People have lost their lives doing the same good deed! These guys are exceptional!! When I saw they were from Chalmette, I was not surprised. My favorite people are from Chalmette! Thank you Sand Home Imprvements. God bless y’all.

Contacted this company to perform flat roof repair on my home on August 10, 2020. Contractor did not perform the job as spelled out in his proposal. He applied the Gaco elastomeric coating on a wet surface and applied the second coat immediately after applying the first coat. The manufacturer stated in the instructions to wait 3 to 12 hours. I had leakes on the roof on September 3, 2020. He came over to inspect the roof and inside my den ceiling. He used a calking to repair the damage. Another leak was spotted , called Chris Hand to repair the additional leaks. He promised to come by to inspect the damage ....never showed up after 4 calls. He wrote on the contract that he gives a 10 yr. labor warranity.....very unreliable ,

The leak in my roof was never fixed; they came back a couple time to add more white sealant - this was more like white paint and not the thick silicon base product that they promised - the roof continues to leak and now they just ignore my calls and messages. Wasted $2,300; my next step is to report this outfit to BBB - I gave them enough time to make their promises good.
