Very good job putting new front door in garage door wasn’t the best and not hooked up correctly which I txted Heather the wife’s owner but never responded back to me! And then had to have a Garage door company to come out and fix the issue the right way! Watch who u hire these days

Mr. Rucker was very professional and very knowledgeable. We hired him to refinish and repair a large deck surrounding our pool and it looks great! I was very impressed with his communication. He kept us up to date on our project and always let us know when he would be at our house to work, always showing up as scheduled. We have even discussed future projects with him.

Rucker burned our house down.

My family hired Rucker in late May/early June 2019 to do a full bathroom remodel & some restorative work on the hardwood floors in a 19th century farm house we had just closed on. We were initially wooed by their charm and confidence, and it is worth noting that they were a little helpful in the customization process. However, we received a call early one morning from the Delaware County fire department that our house was ablaze, and after an insurance investigation the cause was determined: a couple trashbags full of polyurethane-soaked rags that had spontaneously combusted on our second floor. Rucker's fault for careless, improper disposal. And get this-- they accepted full payment the day after the fire happened (even though the job was not completed) and then after the investigation concluded they tried to get our insurance company to pay for machinery they lost in the FIRE THAT THEY STARTED!!

Flash forward one year and my family is still unable to live/rebuild on this property because of various local and federal restrictions that THE HOUSE WE BOUGHT had been grandfathered through, and our new house must comply with. Trust RC&R at your own risk, because we might totally lose the property we love because of them, and it would be a shame if this happened to anyone else.
