Ray is terrific! I was getting an old house ready for sale and he responded quickly. He is the nicest person and did quality work. He repaired loose handrail on my exterior deck and stairs, patched a couple holes in the ceiling, hung blinds, and even hauled away a bunch of junk for me. I like Ray's style! He is so pleasant. If you need any handyman or construction work done, don't hesitate to call Ray!

The bathroom remodel looks simple but modern and create a spacious area. The kitchen looks beautiful and spacious too. I love that there’s more daylight coming out from outside which brings good vibe.

I hired Rsbinn Construction to gut renovate my apartment. Everything from the walkthrough to the finishing touches was great. The rates were fairly priced and honest. Every crew member is professional and Reza who was manager always kept me updated on their progress either via phone or email. He was also always available for questions that I had. He always answered or got in contact with me in a Timely matter. The project was completed within the timeframe. These guys are hard workers and they under-promise and over-deliver.

I cannot recommend Rsbinn Construction strongly enough. I had a relatively small job but Reza and team treated me like it was the most important job ever. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and did fabulous work.They were unlike any other contractor I have previously used. Extremely talent, jack of all trades, affordable, reliable & honest. Alex was referred to me by a realtor, who personally uses him on her house flips. He redid my bathroom for me. Gutted the shower, took out the old vanity (from the 1970's), ripped up the old floor and replaced everything with brand new items. He is excellent at tiling - both the floors & the shower came out perfect. He was also able to put the plumbing/sink hook up together for me with the new vanity. He ALSO added a new electrical outlet in my bathroom.

Reza is so good at what he does and I have been so impressed by his hard work, his diligence, his attention to detail and immense care he has taken while fixing up some issues in my apartment that were in desperate need of fixing. He is kind, communicative, goes above and beyond and is a joy to have. His work is impeccable and I know exactly who I will call in the future if I have anything that needs fixing.
