Just finished the second project with this company and already planning the third. I highly recommend Royal! Every time the crew has been so friendly, knowledgeable, and TRUSTWORTHY. I had one guy here for 12 hours, well into the evening, finishing up on painting trim. They have all gone above and beyond my expectations. I have never had an issue reaching the owner (phone, text, email). Communication was great and pricing was as expected! I highly recommend this company!!

If I could give negative stars it would definitely be-5 stars. Lance Barnes is a horrible person to work with! We scheduled an appointment to have the foundation rechecked that they did and nobody answered the phones and we waited and waited and then when he finally called he screamed at us and hung up! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE HIM

If they scream at their customers like they did to us then I can only imagine how they treat their employees…Yikes!!!

Lance and his crews have remodeled the kitchens in our last two homes and finished a basement. We could not be happier with the professionalism of the work. The jobs all came in on budget and on time. We were updated regularly on the progress. We will continue to do business with them going forward.

Royal foundation pushed our basement wall out, waterproofed, installed a sump pump and added an egress window to our home. The work was done quickly, on time and was priced excellent compared to others. After having a 4.5 inch rain overnight recently there was not a drop in the basement. Very satisfied and highly recomend!

These guys did an AMAZING job. Kevin and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the foundation of our home was stable and properly repaired. Kevin and his crew were very respectful. There were no hidden costs, and their work comes with a 25 year warranty. I am beyond pleased with the amount of work they did and the price was outstanding compared to competitors quotes. If you need any home repairs or foundation work THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!!!

I would, and will, recommend Royal Foundation & Construction to anyone needing foundation repair for their home. On his first visit, Lance assessed the issues involved, explained them to me in terms I understood, and provided a detailed plan on how he intended to fix my house. When it came time to implement the plan, his crew was professional, skilled, and fast. There were no surprises with the invoicing, either.

This team has done both foundation work and remodeling work for me. For both jobs, they were efficient, professional, and high quality. Their team really knows what they're doing and Lance takes a personal interest in getting things done right for the customer.
