Lance and his crews have remodeled the kitchens in our last two homes and finished a basement. We could not be happier with the professionalism of the work. The jobs all came in on budget and on time. We were updated regularly on the progress. We will continue to do business with them going forward.

Royal foundation pushed our basement wall out, waterproofed, installed a sump pump and added an egress window to our home. The work was done quickly, on time and was priced excellent compared to others. After having a 4.5 inch rain overnight recently there was not a drop in the basement. Very satisfied and highly recomend!

These guys did an AMAZING job. Kevin and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the foundation of our home was stable and properly repaired. Kevin and his crew were very respectful. There were no hidden costs, and their work comes with a 25 year warranty. I am beyond pleased with the amount of work they did and the price was outstanding compared to competitors quotes. On his first visit, Lance assessed the issues involved, explained them to me in terms I understood, and provided a detailed plan on how he intended to fix my house. When it came time to implement the plan, his crew was professional, skilled, and fast. There were no surprises with the invoicing, either.
